This is a colorful 1936 series Treasury Department IRS Narcotics form. The document is dated and filed 1947 at Cases Drug Store, Logan Ohio. This decorative record confirms that the narcotic was Codeine Sulphate 1/2 gr. and was purchased by the Rexall Drug Company, Pittsburgh, PA.
The form measures 11" high x 9" wide and is in fine condition except for a 1/2" tear in the upper (R) hand corner (barely seen when framed)...

This handsome piece retains its brass nameplate with an image of a scale beam and arms and is marked "GURLEY STANDARD WEIGHTS and MEASURES TROY, N.Y., U.S.A.". This is a fantastic Bakelite walking stick that features a polo player atop his horse. The Bakelite is green and yellow and has great striations. The collar and ferrule are both metal and the shaft is hardwood. Circa 1935 this great stick measures 34" x 1 3/4" x 1 3/4". The handle by itself is 1 1/4" x 1 3/4" x 1 3/4". The collar is 1/4" and the ferrule is 1". A great stick!

French Pink and Raspberry color mottled Marble and Ormolu Dore Bronze Desk Set, 6 1/4" high, 10 3/8" wide, 6 1/2" deep, with two(2) inkwell without inserts, removable large Heron shape seal in the center and horizontal long well for pen in front, resting on four(4) bronze bun shape feet. The condition is good except tiny frits around the corners, marble is heavy and Ormolu is in good condition.
This is a wonderful example of a Quack Medical device from the 1930s. Inside the black, cloth-covered, fitted case lies a beautiful massage apparatus complete with all attachments and 36 page instruction booklet.
Measuring about 7" x 4", this "Rolex" brand-labeled device and its three attachments are in very nice condition. The booklet has a copyright date of 1934 and is packed with photos and suggested uses for the massager including treatment of headaches and renewing vigor!
