Vintage East Indian altar shrine, made from brass with copper nails. The step base leads into the shrine with embossed tree panels behind four pillars. The top of the structure has two peacock shaped finials. Openwork repeating patterns and floral motifs are shown throughout.

A Chinese puddingstone snuffbottle, possibly for the Tibetan market. The mottled red to white stone with all-over striations with a silver stopper with coral cap.
Red puddingstone is supposed to be the rarest colour.

Pair of Chinese celadon bottle vases with an overall crackle. The top rims have a brown wash, while the base rims are left unglazed. The base glazed in the same celadon colour. The insides glazed white or else a lighter shade of celadon. Also crackle. Unmarked.
Condition: Good condition, no breaks or cracks (Please refer to pictures)

Large Chinese jade (nephrite) ceremonial piece, in the style of the Liangzhu period (3400-2250 BC), with carvings of faces. This nephrite piece is solid and has a pointed tip, and dpierced hole through its very top. The carvings around its edges look like eyes and may be related to the taotie (roughly "gluttonous ogre mask") motif, which were essentially symmetrical zoomorphic faces with no lower jaw, thought by scholars to be linked to religious ceremony and the afterlife...
Chinese posrcelain tea bowls with saucers and lids. The cups and lids are beautifully painted with phoenixes and dragons flying through clouds. The saucer is painted with pink, blue and yelow clouds. The cups are signed Chein Lung on the base, date from republic period. They measure 4.5" wide 3.5" tall with saucer and lid.
