Early Indian Hindu Pallava style Bronze seated statue of Parvati. Pala Hindu art is quite scarce and this is a wonderful intact figure very nice worn condition still retaining her features. This large and wonderful high-quality Japanese porcelain vase has orange and blue tree peony flowers with yellow and white applied jewelling and gold highlights. It is in a myriad of blue colours with subtle gradations and shading and it has a gold rim and gold leaf veins. It has the Mt. Fuji mark used from 1900-20 and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, losses, damage or repairs...
