A engaging contemporary Japanese print done by the noted artist, Saito Kiyoshi (1907-1997) The print is potraying a view of Horyuji, the world's oldest wooden structure and a UNESCO site. Old Cafe is a smaller pattern produced by Hocking from 1936 to 1938. Offered here is the covered candy jar. The base is pink, the lid for the covered candy jar is always ruby. This candy jar has the original 'Royal Ruby' label on the lid. Excellent condition. I have others available without the label if you want to spend a little less. This is a textile piece from Afghanistan, probably from Bamiyan province. It is a child's vest which features very intricate embroidered patterns in bright colors and in cotton floss, in cross stitch. The top is embellished with silver metallic threads and the vest is trimmed with green glass beads on the sides, center and bottom. The back is a purple cotton fabric. The lining on the inside is a blue cotton fabric with diamond motifs...

Entirely handcrafted rectangular heavy gauge silver lid covering a carved Mexican wood box. Dimensions: 4 1/4 inches long by 3 1/4 inches wide by 1 1/2 inches high. No monogram. An English sterling silver 2 handle loving cup or large sugar bowl, fully hallmarked for London 1923. It measures 3-5/8" diameter and 2-7/8" tall.
