An Early American Coin Silver Child's Cup or Christening Mug by William Gale & Nathaniel Hayden of New York; in partnership from 1845-1849. Dimensions; 3" high x 3" diameter; 3.7 Troy ounces, Chased and Repousse' Floral Decoration. Inscription "Janet Elbert Born 30 Dec. 1850 From Her Grandfather". Excellent condition.

Pretty neoclassical style pendant drop earrings of gilt metal with faceted silver balls adorning the front surface and are hung from a matching faceted ball at the top. A single acanthus leaf adorns the very bottom of each earring with spirals flanking the upper sides of the leaf. The earrings hang from gold shepherd's hooks. Lightweight earrings that work for either work or play.

This a rare poesy holder, of sterling silver with an intricate cased foliate design and long pin and ring attached. Known also as Tussie-Mussies, the posy holder was a lady's fashion accessory resembling a small vase and meant to to hold the bouquet of flowers brought by a courting 'gentleman caller'. To show her acceptance of him, the lady would secure the flowers into the posy holder with the attached long pin and wear the holder to a ball...

Elegant five stone sapphire and diamond band ring shown with one of our gold Mitzvah bands. With its slender profile, this makes a wonderful ring stack. Stack 2, 3 or 4 other rings and you have a terrific look. This ring was made in the 1910's in the Victorian style. A Coin Silver Fish Slice or Knife by Albert Coles of New York, Prominent NY City Silversmith who worked from 1836-1880 (died in 1886). A Faint Script Monogram is on the Handle. Dimensions; 9" length x 1.5" width; 4.6 Troy ounces. Circa 1840-1850. Excellent condition.

A massive, solid cast silver bracelet of the finest workmanship of the Achaimenid period, 5th-4th century BC.

The bracelet or armring would have been made for a very highranking / rich costumer in antiquity, since these are usually hollowcast, when this thickness and size. The silver bracelet with faux-twist and twisted wire details to the body, finials with serpent- or Lion head detailing.

A Rare American Coin Silver Beaker by Eoff & Shepard (the mark was used from 1852-1861), and Retailed by Ball, Black & Co., New York (Became Black, Starr & Frost in 1874) . Dimensions; 5" high x 3.5" in diameter at top, 2.25" at bottom. Weight; 5.9 Troy ounces. Circa 1855. Excellent condition.

An Impressively Large Sterling Soup or Punch Ladle from William Kendrick & Son (mark used from 1873-1880) of Louisville, KY, patented in 1871. Kendrick was both a Retailer and Silversmith. it continues today under the name Merkeley Kendrick. Dimensions; 14.25" in length, bowl 4.75" x 3.75". Weight, 6 ounces. Excellent condition.

An exceptional and rare Italian cut and voided velvet panel, probably Genovese, done in a dark green on a beige foundation. The motif features mythological animals and urns, all surrounded by foliate scrolls.

The condition is quite fine, even for a textile 250 years younger. The length is 64 1/2", with a width of 10 1/2".

A superb piece for display or use as an accent, and should appeal to collectors and decorators.

Rare porcelain dish decorated in cobalt blue underglaze. In the center the prestigious mark VOC (Vereenigde Oostindische Compagnie) of the Dutch East India Company. The decoration of flowers and birds in cartridges inspired by the Chinese style of the late Ming.This dish was created for a member of the powerful company. Japan Genroku period end of 17th century. Perfect condition. Diameter: 35 and 35,5cm.

Extremely rare and probably unique porcelain and gilt copper ewer.The body of the object is a Japanese porcelain covered pot of the 2nd part of the 17th century around 1660 coming from Arita of the Kakiemon kilns but maybe from the Yambeta kiln. The pot was transformed in Europe into a teapot by the addition of a handle supporting a horse and a spout forming a dragon in gilded and embossed copper, the lid is formed by a swan. All these animals in relief are certainly in cast bronze...

A nice Chinese Southern Song dynasty brown glaze tea caddy, Hongtang ware, Fujian province. A famous kiln produced tea ceremony items during Song to Yuan dynasty. A lot of Hongtang pieces are indicated as Jizhou ware by misunderstanding because of the similar clay and glaze. Ht. 11cm.
