From our Chinese Blue and White Collection, a very fine and well-painted Kangxi Period (1662-1722) porcelain dish with apocryphal Chenghua Period mark, depicting two elegant ladies looking out over a terrace with banana leaf plants and trees. Cross-hatched motifs decorate the border along with four vignettes of peaches signifying longevity...
A beautiful green English balustroid wine glass with a hollow stem. The cup bowl is over a shoulder cylinder knop which sits atop an egg knop. The stem is finished off with a true baluster knop above a high domed foot.
The glass is of lead metal, is 6 1/16 inches tall, with a bowl diameter of 2 5/16 inches and a foot diameter of 2 13/16 inches. Perfect condition with no restorations.
Note: Glasses of this type were primarily sold as export to the continental market in the 1760 - 1770 period.

Rare and beautiful Japanese antique kura tansu (storage chest), all keyaki (elm) wood front and framing, iron hardware, top portion has 3 drawers and lower portion has sliding panels with horizontal slats, bottom right interior has two small drawers also made of keyaki wood, deep brown translucent lacquer finish with wonderful patina, Edo Period.

Chinese square bell shape yixing teapot decorated with molded prunus at the body and bamboo design as a spout and the handle.Size:15,5cm wide.11,5cm high.Teapot has small chipped at the lips corner and very small chipped inside the lid.
These early 20th century Chinese carved ceramic turquoise (or robin’s egg) and gold seal boxes are around 1 3/4" high and 2 13/16" wide. One top depicts two women in a room; the other depicts a family in their garden. Peach trees, lucky bats and clouds are carved all over the bottoms. The honorific "Great Qing Dynasty Qian Long made" are stamped on the bottoms. Aside from some loss of gold pigment due to their age, they are in excellent condition.
These late 19th century Chinese Famille Rose 8 sided ceramic bowls with fitted wood bases are 3 ¾” high (with base is 5 ¾” high) and 8” wide. On the outside of the bowls, there are images of 8 young ladies playing traditional musical instruments. There are floral designs on the inside. There is a red honorific Yung Zheng mark on the bottoms. One bowl has a 2 3/4" long hair line crack inside and a small chip shows on the outside rim. Please see image 4.
Elegant yuhuchun shape with green celadon glaze covering foot-rim and base except for broad firing ring burn red.

Period : Song Dynasty 960-1279, Longquan Kiln, Zhejiang.
Condition : professional restoration to the missing neck/upper part, no other damage.
Decorated outside with chrysantemum scrolls, plantain leaves pattern round the neck, classic scrolls and a border of early lappets between two bulbs, and other a border early lappets on the lower base. Unglaze base.

Period : Yuan Dynasty 1279 - 1368
Condition : professional restoration to the broken part , missing spout and handle.
A very rare sample of Ming dynasty Imperial Chenghua mark and period blue and white palace bowl, rounded side with deep center and glazed base, bowl decorated with under glaze blue of fine flower motif at exterior, base with six character "Da Ming Chenghua Nian Zhi" reign mark with double ring and of the period.
Bowl is broken into several pieces as its found and re-attach, still a very good sample for Imperial Chenghua piece.

A beautiful Ming Wanli blue and white large kendi (pouring vessel). this kendi has globular body with tubular neck, disc shape mount and globular spout, decorate with under glaze blue galloping horse, flower spray and blue base continuous flower motif on the shoulder, Buddhist symbols and peach motif at the spout, neck with raised leaves motif.
Kendi is in very good condition, no chip, no crack, no restoration, porcelain with good glaze.
