A fine Dr. Wall Worcester sauce boat in the "Two-handled Sauceboat Landscape" pattern, with the oval body modelled with two shell shaped lips and applied with two double-scroll handles with thumb-rests. Exterior is embossed with garlands of leaves which form four circular reserves, each with an Oriental scene. The interior also displays a large Oriental scene. A workman's mark is on the underneath of the base.
Condition of this piece is excellent, especially for this particular form...

The tea bowls are in good condition with no cracks, chips or restoration. They measure approximately 7.3 cm in diameter and are 4.2 cm in height. The saucers are also in good condition with no cracks, chips or restoration. However both have some glazing flaws, glaze skip, to the reverse, and one has some random crazing...

The Peony is shy and is hiding amongst the craggily rock formation, reminiscent of a Taihu stone. Admits the red sun and swirling clouds, the pine tree stands along, swaying towards the flying crane which is about to land as the prancing deer is on a field of flowers.
