A beautiful, tall, hand-painted, Bohemian glass pokal, made probably by Fritz Heckert or Theresienthal around 1900. The pokal is 18 inches (46 cm) tall and 6 1/2 inches (16,5 cm) wide. Except for a couple of negligible flea-bites (one on lid-bottom and another on rim-top - hidden when lid is in place, see last picture), typical of old glass items where two glass surfaces rub against each other, the pokal is in fine condition...

A large, Rubina, overshot, Bohemian glass jug, made likely by Harrach, around 1880. The jug is 10 inches (25,5 cm) tall and 6 1/2 inches (16,5 cm) wide (to handle-tip). Except for a small rim-chip, the jug is in good condition. Unpolished, recessed pontil. Unmarked - attributed to Harrach. The glass fluoresces in a gentle green coloration when subjected to black-light - typicall of 19th century soda-lime glass objects.

This 36 piece glass service was produced in Bohemia by the Moser Glass Decorating Studio between 1880 and 1890. It consists of 12 plates measuring 8 3/8 inches in diameter, 12 champagne goblets measuring 5 3/8 inches tall with a diameter of the bowl 4 1/4 inches and 12 wine glasses measuring 5 1/2 inches tall with a diameter of the bowl 2 3/8 inches. This is a beautiful set of hand-painted nude glass vases, made by Bohemian Master, Moser, around 1885. The glass is in excellent condition - no chips, cracks or repairs. There is age-appropriate fading/wear to the paint. Each vase is 4 inches (10 cm) tall and 2 1/4 inches (5,5 cm) wide at the top. Though unsigned, the vases are guaranteed to have been made by Moser - a similar vase is shown on page 76 of Mural K...

This glass jug was produced in Bohemia by Josephinenhutte around 1895.  It was probably decorated by Fritz Heckert.  The jug measures 8 1/2 inches tall.  The stretch type glass is hand blown with an applied handle.  It is hand decorated with raised enamels in Middle Eastern style.  It is a handsome example of Bohemian art glass. Condition:  The ring of gilding around the foot shows some wear.  It is otherwise in excellent condition. 

Diameter approximately 20 cm. In good condition.

Offered is this beautiful, hand-painted, cut, cased glass (three-layer casing: white on the outside, cobalt on the inside and clear in-between) vase. It is 5 1/2 inches (14 cm) wide and 3 1/2 inches (9 cm) high. It is in excellent condition. The clear-glass pontil was left partly polished, since it is recessed (see last picture). unsigned - could have been made by either Moser, Pfohl or another Bohemian maker.

This bisque porcelain figural group was produced in Europe in the mid 19th century. It is not marked and we don't know if it is German or perhaps English. It is 6 1/2 inches tall and 4 1/4 inches wide at the base. The porcelain is dense and quite heavy for its size. The group is so quaint, with this little girl and her large dog carrying a basket of flowers in his mouth. The piece has a space in the back to hold flowers, so it serves as a vase as well as a figurine...

Majolica grape and vine pitcher with a pewter lid with a leaf motif, most likely for serving wine outdoors circa 1880s. It is 8-1/2" tall and hand painted in brown, blue and green colors. It is unmarked except for what looks like a 70 painted onto the bottom. Majolica is an antique form of pottery, with a great revival of interest in the 19thC...

19th century Japanese silver two pronged kanzashi - a hair pin - with ear pick spoon on the terminal and decoration of a sacred key and Daikoku’s magic mallet. Excellent and clever piece implying a wish of wealth to the owner, with superb quality work - see the incised wood texture of the mallet. I did not test the metal, but confident that it is silver, the sacred key is gilded. Some tarnished areas, can be cleaned if needed. Length 6 3/4 inches.

A beautiful green-to-clear glass vase, made by either Moser or Harrach. The vase is decorated with beautiful art nouveau floral motif. Polished pontil. Except for roughness toward the vase's bottom (see second-last picture), it is in very good condition. A similar-colored vase is shown in Truitt's book on Bohemian glass (shown in last picture here for your convenience).

Offered is this beautiful, iridescent art glass vase made by Loetz around 1898, in their 'Tree-trunk' decor ('Creta Rusticana'. The vase is 5 inches (12,5 cm) tall and 4 1/4 inches (10,8 cm) wide at the bottom. Except for a couple of minutest of flea-bites on the top rim, the vase is in very good condition. Though unsigned, most likely it was made by Loetz (refer to page 4 of David Littlefield's website for a Loetz 'Creta Rusticana' vase of similar shape and decor).

An exceptionally well done Bohemian souvenir crystal glass goblet of souvenir type depicting various attractions in Bavaria, Austria, and Bohemia. Chinese Qing dynasty Kangxi marked monochrome beehive form water coupe (taibo zun) covered overall in a copper red glaze. The slightly recessed flat base and interior are white. The base holds an apocryphal underglaze blue six-character Kangxi reign mark written in three columns.
