18th to early 19th century iron Japanese sword tsuba inlaid with branches of maple tree with leaves turning yellow and red, roots and cresting waves below, design continuing on the back . A delicate and finely hand painted Chinese export Famille Rose porcelain tea bowl of ogee shape. Qianlong period (ca. 1780). Top rim decor is blue under glaze with a tiny colored flower in the center of the tea bowl and the outside has famille rose enamels depicting a fawn/deer and delicate pastel flowers with branches. Size: 3" (7.4 cm.) x H. 1 3/4" (4.3 cm.) Condition: good with some minor rim frits.

These 10 porcelain plates were produced in Lorraine, France by Niderviller between 1780 and 1800 under the patronage of Count Custine. They measure 9 1/2 inches in diameter. They have 6 lobes around the rim. They are made of hard paste translucent porcelain. They are decorated in the style that Sevres used. The decoration is beautifully hand painted with clusters of realistic flowers in vibrant colors. There are sprigs and buds scattered around each piece. The rims are trimmed with gold...

Chinese Green Porcelain Pen or Brush Holder. The green glaze has an "oil on water" effect and gives an excellent impression. The shape of a table makes it rare and interesting.
