Korean Buncheong ware bowl decorated with four medallions of flowers impressed in the center surrounded by a rope like pattern. The outer side of the bowl is decorated with an incised diagonal stripe pattern. Buncheong is a style where the clay is impressed with a design while still soft, then filled in with a white slip, and then coated with a clear glaze. An antique Japanese Edo era Ko Tansu (personal storage chest) made entirely of Kirinoki (Paulownia) wood. All original finish and hand made iron fittings. Made with straight dovetail joinery and hardened wooden nails. Original used to store daily documents, ephemera, small utilitarian accessories and personal items. Present day uses include using it as a small side table or a bedside nightstand.

Head of Buddha with a serene expression. Grey sandstone, with some remnants of the original lacquering and gilding at the back. Ears partly missing, nose restored. Thai Ayuthaya period, 16th/17th century. The head is nicely mounted on a custom stand. Height of the head: 18 cm.

A nice drawn of blue and white dish, decorated to the interior with a bird on the tree and continuously flower scrolls to the exterior, all under blackish cobalt material appearing without any uneven. Ming dynasty 15th-16th century. Condition with four tiny chips and one slight long hairline. Please add $ 50,00 for restoration to chips and would be invisible, not recommended to cover the hairline. A late Ming Dynasty, most probably Jiajing period dish with a very rare underglaze cobalt blue decoration of Kui Xing, the God of Literature. The cobalt blue is excellent. A blue and white bowl 15.7cm in diameter, decorated on the outside with Lingzhi scrolls, the immortality fungus and inside with small central medallion of Lingzhi within double circle.
