This is japanese antique idigo dye cotton boro long noragi Shonai sashikoused in the Shonai region of Yamagata Prefecture during the Meiji period. (1868-1911)
The indigo dyeing on the back is also very charming.
Thick hand-spun cotton cloth is layered and sewn with Sashiko stitching.
Enjoy wearing it.

This is a Japanese antique indigo dye cotton Boro noragi old Farmclothes Thick of patched and sashiko stitch Meiji (1868-1912).
It was repaired many times, and the boro rag that were used became wonderful folk art by themselves.
The patchwork & sashiko stitch of the indigo dye cotton for the repaired is very beautiful.
The string of the repair is also charming. This noragi can enjoy both sides.

This is really a fantastic fragment of a faience Isis, sitting on a lion throne, nursing her son Horus.
The whole throne, supported by two stringing lions, is well preserved. The lions are extremely fine
and you can see every detail. Dating is between Third Intermediate Period to Late Period.
I think it looks a little bit Nubian, than it is 25th Dynasty...
Bust of a young male figure with pleasant expression. The face shows large lidded eyes, a prominent nose and sensuous lips. Venus rings on the neck.
The hair is textured with short sickle-shaped curls and topped by a stippled wreath with ribbons that run along the shoulders.
The boy is dressed in a skin tight robe. Belly button indicated.
The wreath suggests a Dionysian context. The figure possibly depicts the youthful Bacchus.

A small carved wooden stele from Nepal of a Buddhist or more likely Hindu deity, maybe Indra. Bejeweled god with a fan-shaped crown, seated on a lotus base in lalita-sana under a mandorla. Traces of vermilion. Condition: see photos, wear, and small losses. Dimension: total height: c. 17.3 cm, c. 10.3 cm wide, c. 5 cm deep.
A small Indian deity cast in bronze with a high copper content, depicting an athletic male deity sitting on a lotus throne holding his hands in anjali mudra and holding a kind of hack. Condition: signs of worshipping, base slightly bent, one underarm with a crack. Dimension: 6.5 cm high.
This is a Japanese antique Edo Period of habutae-silk kaga-noren of Mount Fuji and the seaside landscape(miho no matubara).
High quality hand-yuzen dyed Kaga Noren.
With indigo and gray hand-drawn dyeing, it expresses an elegant and beautiful landscape.
This kaga-noren is a very rare design and I think it was made by a special order by a wealthy merchant.
It has a light stain but no damage and is in very good condition.This color of Yuzen dyeing is very well preserved.

Festival costumes for children made and used in the Kanto region. Since this item was used in the summer, men-chijimi is used. This material was the highest quality item for children in the late Edo period. The finest materials are used by skilled craftsmen to draw the finest lines, which are extremely sharp and delicate. The blurring technique gives the hawk movement and makes it dynamic.
The cotton material is hand-spun men-chijimi.
There are some small stains, but they are not noticeable...
