Steatite oil lamp, finely carved to represent a standing bird. Indus Civilisation period, 2500 to 1500 B.C. Height: 13 cm. Old accident at the tail, soil encrustation, otherwise very good condition.
This middle or late 19th century snuff bottle has a white background and is hand painted in copper red and cobalt blue with an old sage and his servant. It is 3 inches tall and 1½ inches wide. The cap and spoon are replacements (not in the picture). It is in good condition.
Large Song Celadon bowl, olive green in color. In very good condition without chips or cracks. There is an incised flower pattern in the bottom of the bowl. Otherwise, small fritting /granulation is evident in the bottom of the bowl and a couple of these may have been compromised/worn down. Nice overall symmetrical shape and crackle in the glaze is quite faint. Diameter: 7 plus inches and 3 inches in height.

Agate cylinder seal with an elaborate incised design representing four soldiers holding weapons surrounded with symbolic signs, with a fine geometric decor on upper and lower side. Mesopotamian Civilisation. Height: 5.5 cm. Tiny chips on top and bottom (old, maybe during the making) otherwise very good condition.
Japanese large Wood square Hibachi with original Copper Lining, 7" high-outside and 5 1/2" inside, 17 1/2" square-outside and 16 1/2" square top rim, 11 1/2" square inside copper lining, with cut out handle on both side, original blue cotton fabric on the bottom. The beautiful bold looking grain of wood is noticeable and all original condition, no major damage except old copper lining is somewhat stained.
19th century Chinese scholar’s brush rest in a shape of a violently swirling tree root. Works as abstract sculpture as well. Beautiful and unusual black inky finish, wonderful patina, very pleasing shape. Excellent piece in scholar’s taste. Length 7 3/4 inches.
