A substantial carving in emerald of an Horse head Fetish, Native American, probably Zuni, Navaho tribe and 20th. century.
The carving is cut and polished in one emerald stone and depicts the head of horse. The stone is transperant light blue-green and very beautiful.

A nice early powder flask, Greater Persia, shaped as the first stomach of the Camel with fine engravings.

Condition: Intact, but with much patina and wear.

Offered are two desirable hand tools from the mid 19th century.
The first tool is a diminutive hammer which was probably used to drive small nails and tacks. The handle measures 8.5 inches long and sports a shapely head made of iron. This hand wrought primitive tool has a nice original patina and shows wear commensurate with age.
The second tool is called a RACE KNIFE which was a tool of the carpenter, cooper, lumberman and shipwright...

Probably Mesopotamian or from ancient near east, carved in quite high relief in a nice jet-black stone.

Condition: Near fine, the seal has a fine and intact imprint, with an ancient loss / damage to the upperside of the seal over the loop, which is also intact.

A Japanese blue & white porcelain dish, moulded in ‘kraak’ style with the cavetto featuring butterflies and peaches in relief. The rinka or petalled edge with flowers. The centre of of the dish has a depiction of a gated pavilion set in a fabulous garden. Arita 1750 ~ 1770. A bowl with a very similar border design and alternate moulded butterflies and peaches is shown in the Catalogue of the Shibata Collection, item 3321.

A delightful and rare Antique Chinese good quality Silver Pumpkin shape box, ca. 1840. Has intricate details and a leaf on top. Very good condition and workmanship, no repairs or alterations. Size: H. 4 cm. x 7 cm. diameter (1.5" x 2.75"). Bottom has clear pinpointed Chinese character mark.

19th century Chinese export silver spoon with the handle decorated in low relief with 2 scholars in a typical landscape of thatched hut and rocks. Excellent crisp work, in very good condition, pleasantly heavy. Two hall marks on the bottom - one in Chinese, the other appears to read HC. Length 5 7/8 inches.
This fine antique Baccarat bottle with its optic swirl device was created in the Rubina style which features and red to clear coloration. The jar has a weight worthy of its pedigree, and dates to early 20th century. The hollow stopper is marked with the same number as the base of the bottle, confirming that the two are a match.
Condition is excellent though the glass may have manufacturing imperfections.

This saucer-dish was made in the 13th - 14th century during the Yuan (AD 1279 - 1368) or early Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644). It is "heavily-potted" and coated in a thick lightly-crackled celadon glaze save for the foot that has fired to a deep reddish-brown. The glaze has a very pleasant "silky-smooth" feel to it...
