A finely moulded Arita dish the upper third painted with a simple landscape containing a flowering Japanese Apricot, ume, symbolic of Winter partially “obscured” by the rim of the dish and Bell flowers, kikyo, Gentian, symbolic of Autumn. The remaining lower portion decorated with a stencilled, katagami, brocade pattern of hexagonal diaper with florets.
The edge of the dish has a thickly applied dark iron brown glaze...

Chinese antique scroll painting of pair of geese, one sitting on branch, the other fishing in the river with bottom up, wonderful detail, painted in ink and colors on silk, upper right dated "dinghai" (1767) inscribed and signed, by Zhu Genjai (1717-1790), three seals. A large vibrantly decorated fencai / "famille rose" enamelled vase made for export during the latter part of the reign of the Daoguang emperor (1821-1850). Condition - there are faint, barely visible, body cracks and there is wear and some losses to the enamels but there are no chips or cracks to the rim and base and there has been no restoration...

This stoneware dish is shaped in the form of an oval tray with straight walls, raised on four molded feet. It is glazed overall with a semi-transparent brownish-amber glaze with areas of faint purples and reds. An unglazed area in the center of the base is brush painted with six Chinese characters in iron slip glaze. Some kiln cracking is present on one end and the typical wear for an item of this age and use is evident on the feet and areas of the glaze...

This signed and dated Guang Xu period (1875~1908) plate is 2 inches high and 8 ¼ inches in diameter. It has a cloud and wave pattern over a bright yellow background inside the plate; the four characters mean¡± long life without limit.¡± On the outside of the plate, there are three groups of flowers. It is in great condition.
A good and rare shape of Yuan blue and white small bowl / cup, rounded side with lipped rim and unglazed base, bowl decorated with under glaze blue of continuous flower motif, center with cloud motif.
Bowl / cup is in very good condition no chip, no crack, no restoration.

Chinese Rose Verte Yanyan Vase. Decorated with panels of birds among flowers and rocks, kingfisher, lotus, lion dogs and figures in a landscape. On a powder blue ground. Base with a four character Kangxi mark. 19thC. Height 18 11/4" (46.4cm). Condition; neck leans slightly and firing fault inside rim. Glaze frits to edge of base. No cracks, chips or restoration.
This is an American set of five sterling silver table forks made by the Whiting Manufacturing Co. in the decorative repousse "Berry" Pattern, circa 1880, the front beautifully detailed with rasberries and leaves; monogrammed on the back with initials A. C., Whiting makers mark, and STERLING; Measurement- 7 3/4 inches; Condition-age appropriate wear to tines.

Now wired as a lamp, this vase is glazed in variegated oxblood that has been applied to produce a flambe-like pattern against an even copper-red background. The interior, which is partly revealed at the mouth, drains to white. It is mounted to a traditional Chinese carved wood base and wired for electricity. It is in overall good condition with no repairs or restorations.
