Lid is carved with a scene of two elderly sages in a rocky landscape with trees and a bridge. The sides are carved overall with a diamond pattern. The interior and base are lacquered black. Some minor age cracks and retouched chips to the interior rim, minor retouching of red lacquer to the rims of the lid and box bottom. General wear—all consistent with and indicative of its age.

This is a beautiful Japaneses cloisonné vase made during the Meiji Period with fine silver works in wisterias, iris, roses, & mums flowers with black enamel background. The top & bottom are mounted with bright brass. The condition is excellent with no cracks or damages...

Early 1800s

This piece, probably made in southern China is glazed on the outside overall except the base and base with a lustrous translucent emerald green glaze. The glaze stops just short of the foot in a thickened curtain effect of gloss and deep green tone. The interior is unglazed though the flaring mouth rim and interior of the neck is covered with glaze that displays a subtle bluish mottling...

Beautiful Italian 800 silver repousse sugar box. This sugar box with lid, was made in Milano, 19th Century. A finely chiselled foliage decor encompasses the entire sugar box. Marking located on the bottom.
Measurements: 6.69" (17 cm) height X 7.08" (18 cm) including handles X 4.33" (11 cm) diameter.

Song Dynastie ( 12th - 13th century ) stoneware Temmoku with a nice hares fur glaze ! Bowls like this were produced at the Jian kilns in Fujian province and at kilns in Henan province. Perfect condition . Diameter : 12,4 cm. H : 7,5 cm. I garantie, that this piece is genuine - it was excavated at Selayar Island - South Sulawesi.

Condition : There is a lost to the rim of the under part which is normally covered by the cover. If you look closer at the surface of this area you can see, that this lost must happened before the burning process...

Description: This is a vey finely potted yingqing or qingbai meiping from the Song dynasty. The body is incised with a beautifully free hand drawing of lotus flower with scrolling foliages.

Dimension: The height is 17cm and the dimeter at the widest part of the body is 11cm.

Condition: In good condition with no repair, restoration, chip or crack. Minor abrasion, especially at the mouth (picture 5)and very minor abrasion on the body.

Burmese painting done on a large, cloth canvas, likely depicting the Jataka tales, or stories of Buddha, with nine separate panels, each depicting a different tale of Buddha's previous lives. The very center painting shows Buddha sitting in a lotus position with two attendants at his sides, their hands clasped in prayer to him, and it is the only panel that does not have any Burmese script in white paint...

Chinese Cizhou type small bowl, with a character "Yuan" on the inside bottom of the bowl. Yuan Dynasty. Condition: there are some glaze chips on the rim, no other flaw beside these. Diameter: 4-3/8".
