This is a great Japanese cloisonne vase. It is not signed but it was created by one of the master artists from the Meiji Era. Years ago this vase was acquired from the Avo Krikorian Collection. It stands 6 1/4 inches tall. Condition is excellent.

Kasuri (ikat) panel remnant with design of chrysanthemums, butterflies, and geometric squares. Japan, ca. Meji Era, 1868-1912. H.7.5"(19cm) x W.11.75"(32cm,) small 1.5cm repair patch in center. This is a wonderful example of mingei craft with a very playful image. Butterflies exist in Japanese folk imagery, but are not so common. This piece would be lovely framed.

Up for sale is an antique Chinese kesi /K'ossu tapestry, 19th or early 20th century, woven with polychrome silk & gold-wrapped threads, the middle square with gold thread ground depcits a battle scene - Worriors on horseback and armed; framed with border embellished with 16 Chinese mythical creatures. The panel is overall in very good condition, it was removed from the frame, one side the color is bright and clean but the opposite side is faded with glues and tears along edges of the border...

Lovely Victorian walnut wall clock with lady's head on top. It works beautifully and has a second hand. I cannot take the clock out of the case as I'm afraid to do damage to it, so I can't see any makers marks. It measures 48" long x 14" wide x 6 1/2" deep.
