Lovely sterling silver berry spoon dating from the reign of Queen Victoria. The gilt bowl is finely and elegantly decorated with a repousse pattern featuring grapes, pomegranates and apples. Both sides of the handle are decorated with bright-cut floral engraving. Clearly hallmarked for Birmingham, 1870 with the sovereign's head and the maker's mark "FE" in conjoined circles.

A pale celadon (off-white) Chinese jade of a cat reclining on a single, slightly curved leaf. The back of the leaf is carved with the leaf's venation. It is a delicate piece that has a hole carved at the top of the leaf enabling it to be used as a pendant. Size: L.5cm, W.3cm.

Satzuma fine earthenware tea service. Teapot, milk jug, sugar pot, 6 saucers and 6 cups. Decoration of guilandes of 1000 flowers and animated scenes of mothers and children in the garden. Each cup has the same decoration as its saucer. The 6 have a different decor. Nice quality...

These 8 porcelain chocolate cups and saucer were produced in France at Sevres around 1810. The saucers have a diameter of 4 7/8 “ and are 1 ½” deep. The cup are 2 7/8” high,without the handle, and have a diameter of 3 1/8”. Each cup has a hand painted portrait of a famous French woman, named on the bottom. They have tooled gold frames and lacy gold accents around the edges...

Antique Chinese solid Huanghuali (hardwood) scroll table, see with its conserved original warm tone finish. Beautiful dramatic sweeping grain with single huanghuali slab top. Joints look to be all original and in great shape. The hand carving is well done with small details showing.

This is an Early 19th Century, Dear Horn Antler Netsuke in the form of a Recumbent Ox with a rope attached to its head that is laying on top of its body. Excellent detail and powerful compacted form on a material that is very difficult to carve. unsigned. Netsuke measures 1.75inches (4.5cm) wide, 1.16 inches (3.0cm) deep, and 0.79 inches (2.0cm) tall. Ox's right rear hoof has been repaired, but, its otherwise, in excellent condition, as may be seen in the posted photos.

This is an extremely interesting artifact. It has quadruple imagery. The figures almost resemble a northwest totem. There is a different image when you turn the face upside down. There is also double imagery to the faces on the side. The same face is repeated at both ends of the stick. A lot of thought and work went into this beauty. The paint is very bold and strong. It is extremely well patinated. Carved from wood, it is 14 1/2" long...

Pre-Columbian Terra Cotta Mask, Teotihuacan Mexico. 4 1/2" x 5”x 1 1/2”. Circa 600 – 900 A.D. These masks with the symbolic butterfly ornament under the nose were typically part of the ornamentation attached to funeral vessels.

A great large "sang de boeuf" (Oxblood) bottle vase. The glaze is somewhat crackled with a pattern of fine crackles. Green spots in the glaze can be seen from the coppar. This vase is an very rare and good example of the oxblood glaze. An real opportunity. An antique stand will follow in the purchase. Condition: very good condition. Small wearings. Victorian Classical sterling silver baby cup. Made by Gorham in Providence in 1888. Straight sides and lobed bracket handle with reeded bands. Stylized ornament: Scrolled frame surrounded by scrolls, leaves, flowers, and a couple hovering insects. Butler finish. Mouth rim has egg-and-dart border. At bottom cast low-relief rinceaux band between reeded borders. Gilt-washed interior. Interlaced script monogram. Full marked including maker’s stamp, date symbol, and no. 3875. Very good condition.

This early 20th century Japanese carved bone and tagua statue is 6 ¼” high, 2” wide (the base is 2 5/8” wide) and 1 ¾” thick. It depicts a man who appears to be a merchant. His left hand carries a pouch; his right hand is raised up and holds an unknown subject. His body was carved from bone and his head was carved from tagua (vegetable ivory). Aside from a small repair on the collar, it is in good condition.
