Rarely seen Shigaraki kettle with a fantastic shape, slightly deformed without any damage or repair. It dates from the early stages of the Edo Period.

A rare and unusual turquoise glazed, pottery gu form altar vase. Its moulded decoration depicts two dragons amongst clouds on the upper section ; on the waist are two ruyi bands and on the unglazed lower section are two cash symbols and what appears to be a double gourd. The dark grey paste makes this dish to a very rare example of an Longquan Guan-type dish. Southern Song Dynasty ( 1127 - 1279 ). The shallow dish with sloping sides, everted rim, and fourteen-lobed mouth rim is covered in a crackle-suffused glaze of sea-green color that thins on the edges. The dark grey stoneware body has turned to a reddish brown color where exposed in the firing. Diameter: 16,2 cm. Condition: Perfect.

Gorgeous Japanese antique bronze vase with three swimming fish, detailed with realistic scales and fins, and gilt accented eyes. The backside has a gilt imprinted 14 petal Chrysanthemum, a mark of the Imperial household. The underside of the vase is signed "Shinzui". Hardwood stand is included, along with original tomobako.

Unusual Antique Japanese maki-e lacquer Jingasa (Samurai helmet) decorated in low relief lacquer work of a fierce looking red Oni with piercing gold eyes and teeth . A gilt lacquer mon, or family crest is seen below the Oni representing daffodils. The underside of the helmet is smooth, shiny black lacquer.
The samurai class in feudal Japan, as well as their retainers and footsoldiers (ashigaru), used several types of jingasa made from iron, copper, wood, paper, bamboo, or leather...

Very large Qianlong Buddha made of solid bronze, with rests of gilding and a temple lion, marked Qianlong on the back. Weight 4,4 kg. No cracks, no repairs.

Small reliquary box, of cylindrical shape, with its cupola shaped lid ending in a decorated point at its top. The body of the box is decorated with three heads of Buddha in relief and three stars themselves in relief, surmounting a geometric design also in relief. Silver alloy, with a fine age patina. Remnants of soil encrustations. Pakistan, Graeco-Buddhist art, Gandhara Period, Ca. 1st to 3rd century. Height: 7.8 cm. Good condition.

A very rare unusual Yuan dynasty longquan celadon large plate with rare left faced Dragon motif, usually the Dragon motif right faced, section of the plate has been broken and re attach no missing part please see picture for detail, size: 36 cm diameter.
