Qing dynasty imperial Duke's brown dragon robe fragment, 19th century, executed with counted stitch embroidery, 4 profile dragons worked with couched gold threads, surrounded by clouds, cranes, bats, and other auspicious Chinese symbols above the sea waves, rocks, and standing water / Lishui. Panel is backed with blue linen. Excellent condition.

Rare Japanese small kuruma tansu (wheeled storage chest), made all of keyaki (elm) wood with beautiful grain, double sliding panels on top and bottom, unusual iron locking mechanism with key, keyaki side bracing, Edo Period.

This pair of Chinese lotus shoes were made by a woman of limited finances. She bought what materials were needed for the vamp and supplemented with the use of rough home spun fabric scraps to cover the shaped heals and soles. The limited amount of expensive gold couching threads outlining the floral embroidery pattern on each side of the shoes indicates that this pair of lotus shoes would have used only for special occasions...

A Very Fine Reach Green Celadon Bowl:

The wide bowl set on a short ring foot and incised a single ring on the interior,
applied evenly with a beautiful green celadon glaze overall, ring foot unglazed with spur marks.
This bowl is in fine condition without any repairs but a sesame seed-size chip to the rim..
It measures 17.5 cm x 6.5 cm (7 7/8” x 2 5/8”)
Very Rare/Fine White Slip Inlaid Punchong Cup:
Korea, 15th century
The deep bowl of cylindrical form sharply angled towards the base and set on a raised
ring foot, decorated with white slip rain-spot inlaid on the exterior between double rings,
In the interior, a ring medallion surrounded by a white slip inlaid Ruyi pattern band ring,
foot rim unglazed and the base glazed with a grey celadon.
It’s in fine condition but a tiny chip repaired. Measurements; 8.5cm x 3.8cm h.
