Mesa Verde Black on White Very large Oval pouring bowl 1050 to 1150 ad., it has no restoration. It is a large 5-1/2"high X 11"long X 8-1/2"wide. Burmese wooden Buddha sitting in Mara Vijaya (calling the earth to witness) posture on a base, with meditative facial expression, gilded and decorated with inlay of colorful glass pieces on the headband and the borders of the robe. The buddha's robe is elegant with gold sheet and delicately carved as layers of pleat.

A beautiful set of 6 Antique JAPANESE SIGNED Wooden Stack Boxes that fit perfectly into one another! They show the exquisite natural lines of the wood and were finished with transparent lacquer varnish. Nice color of the wood, like mahagony. Overall in good condition, with very minor inconsequential small marks of age/use. Size: A total of 6 boxes, the largest: length 15" x depth 12 1/2" x height 5". A small, attractive incense table on four legs in classical style with openwork in red Negoro-lacquer with the typical ‘rubbed’ surface to reveal the layer of black lacquer underneath. This is an exquisite example of an authentic antique double-wicked oil lamp from the Khorasan Seljuk/Seljuq Turks Period during the 12th century AD (6th century AH "Hijri"). This lamp is made of cast bronze and features a rounded body that sits on a spreading trumpet foot. It has two spreading spouts that project from the front and a hinged domed lid. The lamp handle is loop-shaped, and an integral bird perches above it. The bird is delicately crafted and adds a touch of elegance to the lamp...

A tapered porcelain snuff bottle featuring a darling scene of 5 Chinese boys at play in which one child can be seen pulling an animal pull toy. Decorated in famille rose enamels the bottle comes with its original cap and bone spoon. The cap is green jade, and red glass the color of red coral. There are two opposing chips on the red section. Cannot tell if that was in the manufacture or not. The snuff bottle is in excellent condition, no cracks, no hairlines, no chips...

Lovely early Victorian angel skin coral ring with 10 carved florets and one large carved coral flower at the center, set in a pleasing symmetrical pattern. This ring has a 9K gold band while the coral florets are set in a metal bed. The Victorians loved angel skin coral, which is a red-orange or light pink colored coral, and they especially loved coral cut into cameos, flowers, or fruit. This ring has a rather large head and is therefore best worn alone. This ring is a US size 7.75.

Circa 1850, an extremely rare water/medicine dropper figurine of one of the eight immortals, he is Lu Dongbin, usually identified wearing a sword on his back. Lu Dongbin is highly venerated throughout China, and many local shrines have been built in his honor. At first you would think this to be a ewer, but there is no lid, only a protruded side hole where the thumb is placed over it, to control the water flow. Small bronze flared muzzle cannon of this type where made for shooting flaming arrows at ships. For launching fireworks at festivals and for signaling purposes. The example of cast bronze with a bore that is described as at the breach and the bore is reduced to a half round section to form a chamber for the powder mount for use.
The gun would be imbedded into a wooded block such as the lower half of the barrel and the entire breach end is covered. Mounted on custom iron stand.
