This is an interesting copper alloy dagger. It has a triangular blade with a prominent midrib and a short, flat tang. The patina is an unusual light gray color and there are some brown encrustation on the surface of both sides. It measures roughly 24 cm in length and weighs 111 grams. This type of dagger is typically very early (before 1500 BC).

This large and heavy copper alloy axe is from the ancient culture(s) of Northern Iran. The convex cutting edges are perpendicular to each other. It has a vertical shaft hole with a collar/ridge around the bottom. There are some obvious chips to the vertical cutting blade but it is otherwise very solid, stable and complete. This is a wonderful example of an ancient bronze spear from ancient Greece or Persia. It has a beautiful, leaf-shaped blade with a strong central rib. The tang is rectangular with a 90 degree bend at the end that is finished with a perfect round knob. The patina is a mix of light greens and browns. This is a near perfect example of an unusual weapon type. The length is roughly 25 cm and the weight is 92 grams. It is solid and stable and is in excellent condition.

Ancient Byzantine bronze pectoral Reliquary Cross ENCOLPION, circa 9th-12th century A.D. Composed of two separately-cast halves hinged at the base and pinned to a suspension loop above. Cast and chiseled in low relief with the Crucifixion on the obverse and the Virgin Orans on the reverse.

This is a very special offering of a small bronze axe from ancient Iran (circa 1200-1500 BC). It has minor losses to the horizontal blade and shows some pitting. These small axes seem to be a good bit more rare than their larger counterparts. This came as part of a large private collection and as a result I can offer it at much less than what these pieces usually sell for. I doubt that this one will be here for very long. It weighs 108 grams and measures just 9 cm in length.

This is a very unique bronze spear or lance point from the Amlash (or possibly Luristan) culture in ancient Iran(ca 2000 BC). It measures 132mm and weighs 48 grams. It has a fantastic malachite patina. It has four incised rings around the base of the blade and then remnants of two bronze rings which undoubtedly aided in the attachment of the point to a wooden shaft. It has some damage to the edges but is an incredible piece nonetheless.
