Rare Pair of Early Meiji Period Large Inu Gosho Ningyo, Japanese Dog Dolls made of lacquered papier mache. Most known examples are 3 to 5 inches in height. Chin Dogs were part of the Imperial court for centuries. They are wearing Imperial lacquered bibs, and are constructed in the manner of Gosho Ningyo. 10 inches (25.5cm) high.

A Longquan Li-type censer was in golden-greenish glaze.
Well mold in good profile, the censer was supported by three slender feet.
It was preserved nicely except one portion of glazing imperfection was found on the side.
Foggy and introspective sheen was yielded on the surface due to long time of age.

A very rare Yuan dynasty 13th-14th century Yuhuchun, painted decoration with an open mouth three claws Dragon swirling chasing a pearl, the mouth rim with classic scrolls, foot rim slightly flared to outside. Base is glazed with duck egg tone. Condition is perfect, no any crack, no any chip and free from any restoration, excepted minor flake chips to foot rim and tiny fritting rim. This is a large and beautiful nephrite jade bi, with a centrally placed coiled dragon and a pair of phoenix on either edge.
