Webb satin finish peachblow rose bowl, 3 inches in diameter and 3 inches tall. The bowl is cased in white with the exterior shaded from dark red at the top to a yellowish red at the bottom. The rim is crimped and edged in gold. The body of the rose bowl is decorated with gold prunus and a butterfly. There is a ground and polished pontil mark.

Initialized and dated early Danish Mangle board of Oak wood in a splendid quality, from nobility, Denmark, mid 17th. century.

Baroque style of carving in a high relief, later dated and initialized 1787. Finely carved with a Mermaids handle including the delicate tail. With floral decoration incl. a cluster of grapes. With the original painting preserved from at least the 18th. century.

Decorated with a central image of two shoes and an axe and tool, inside a wreath. Engraved with the NAME: ''ANDRES THYS 1729''

With German Pewter touchmark of a crowned star on the handle as well - see images.

Andres Thys probably received the finely crafted tankard with the impressive stepped lid as a present for graduating as a shoemaker in 1729...

A very attractive tall pewter tankard that was manifactured in the year 1780 in Germany, by Joachim Adam Hecht (see picture with details).

Interesting slender style, that widdes out slightly towards the top. Decorated with a baroque style gift saying in German and and 1797 and a Crowned monogram within a wreath. Probably a Guilds type. l

Large profiled base and the lid with high thumbrest. German touchmarks in the top of the handle showing year of manifacture 1780...

An attractive and very rare large tankard, Germany, Cologne area, dating to the 16th. century.

The tall brown saltglazed stoneware tankard, decorated with three historical emperors and great generals, namely Karl the Great, Julius Caesar and Alexander the Great with floral and figural spacers in between. Pewter lid.

Size: 29 cm. tall.

Condition: F-VF, affordable since it's partly restored and with some repainting to cover the connection of the shards...

A lovely and extremely rare type of Westerwald vessel with handle, Germany, c. late 16th.-early 17th. century.

The vessel decorated with fine gothic looking lions and rossettes as spacers with manganese blue.

Size: c. 22 cm. wide incl the handle and 14,3 cm tall.

Condition: Nice Very fine for the early type, completely intact but for a closed crack with short hairlines, just below the handle to the right. Never repaired and very stable and sound.
