This porcelain tea bowl and saucer was produced in Germany by Meissen. The mark dates from the period around 1750. The crossed swords mark is under glaze and is first quality. The saucer has a diameter of 5 3/4 inches and is 1 1/2 inches deep. The cup is 2 3/4 inches high. It does not have a handle. The shape of the set is in the form of a lotus blossom. There are finely hand painted sprays and sprigs of flowers scattered across each piece. The rims are trimmed with gold...

Antique, late 18th century, Polish cavalry sword with steel hilt, of typical form for the swords of the KaWaleria Narodowa, comprising a large, plain steel guard, a back-strap, and a wooden grip covered in leather with ribbed pattern, and a long slightly curved sturdy and solid steel blade cut with full-length fuller.

A fine antique English hollow stem wine glass with a domed and folded foot. Dating around the middle of the 18th century, few glasses of this type were made.

This example has a very strong presence, with a goodly sized round funnel bowl. Condition is excellent, with no chips, cracks, or restoration. A superb English sweetmeat glass of elegant form, the flared double ogee bowl with moulded flutes leading into a moulded stem with a flattened shoulder knop and 5 basal collars above a spiral molded domed foot.

This fine example stands 6 1/8 inches tall, with a bowl diameter of 3 3/4 inches and a foot diameter of 3 1/4 inches. Perfect condition with wonderful color and tooling marks. Rough, snapped pontil.

A rare 18th Century Liverpool porcelain teapot finely painted with Chinese style "Famille Rose" polychrome enamels...

Two exquisitely enameled Höchst coffee cups, one with a rose and the other with a tulip. The porcelain manufacture of Höchst near Frankfurt am Main was founded in 1746, and the two coffee cups were made around 1765. Underglaze blue wheel mark to both, and brown rims. Height "2/ 5 cm, diameter "2 ¾ / 7.1-7.3 cm. Condition: fine.

Antique 18th- 19th century Balkan, possibly Greek or Serbian, large, hand-hammered, silver-plated copper, extremely ornated military Gorget (with a rimmed edge), upper loops pierced with holes for a suspension cord. In the center, the Gorget is bearing a hand-embossed (repousse) in relief and hand-chiseled two-headed eagle flanked by creepers' branches...

A fine and early English saucer showing a Chinese man with a bird. Done in blue and white, lot 303 of the Bonham's sale of the famous and important Watney collection showed this same pattern and identified it as being William Reid porcelain.

The saucer is in excellent condition and is 4 7/8" in diameter.

NOTE: William Reid & Co. were porcelain makers in Liverpool between 1756-61. Their factory was situated on Brownlow Hill where a bone-ash porcelain was produced.

A wonderful and uncommon Worcester Scratch Cross period high-footed silver form sauce boat of desirable small size. This charming piece has a scroll handle with an upturned thumb rest, the body molded with scroll panels painted with "strutting birds" near a triangular fence and flowering rocks.

The length, including the handle, is 6 1/2 ", the width is 3 1/4", and the height is 2 1/2". Superb condition with vibrant colors and no flaws.

A lovely very early and seldomly encountered German brass bucket with handle, dated and initialized to 1714!

The fine bucket hammered in repousee with some wonderful high relief depictions of leafs and cluster of grapes in the baroque manor. On the front a medallion with an inscription, which reads, GHENDT ANNO 1714. The bucket with an implement for a missing lid on the back. Typical wear and soldering during the time of use.

A blue and white English tea bowl, c 1750, probably by Bow. Painted in blurred blue with a version of the Rock Warbler pattern, and with slightly flaring upper rim. Diameter "3/ 7,5 cm, height "1½/ 4 cm. Condition: two small rim chips, as seen in photo.

A Georgian Wedgwood black basalt bowl from the 1790 1800 era. In the unadorned black basalt matte finish, this classic antique bowl is stamped WEDGWOOD 6 with an incised broken circular mark near the edge. It is simple in style, 9-1/4" across and 4" high with a 1-1/4" collar and a fine foot rim...

A set of six Dutch delft wall tiles of a hand painted blue basket of fruit inside a square with a white square behind it at 45 degrees with the same orientation as the tile with its manganese ground. A fourth of a blue flower with a touch of manganese is painted in each corner. Each tile is approximately 5 3/16 inches (13.5 cm) square. Though the theme remains the same each tile has some different details, e.g. one has a bug over the basket.
