Matching pair of heavy high quality silver cuff bracelets, Tekke people, Turmenistan, c. late 19th.-early 20th. cent.

Women in the nomadic communities of what is today Turkmenistan often wore heavy, conspicuous jewellery. Girls were provided with such pieces on marriage as part of their dowry and the pieces were added to as the couple grew more affluent...

Signed Webb Queen’s Burmese small pedestal footed creamer. The creamer stands 3 3/4 inches tall and has the impressed Webb signature on the ground pontil.

Webb satin finish peachblow rose bowl, 3 inches in diameter and 3 inches tall. The bowl is cased in white with the exterior shaded from dark red at the top to a yellowish red at the bottom. The rim is crimped and edged in gold. The body of the rose bowl is decorated with gold prunus and a butterfly. There is a ground and polished pontil mark.

A decorated vase from Marblehead Pottery in Massachusetts. Designed by Arthur Hennessey and decorated by Sarah Tutt. Marked as shown. Measures about 4 1/4" wide, 3 3/8" tall. Fine design, color, and execution.

This is a beautiful complex wire and wireless Japanese cloisonne vase. Though it is not signed, it was made by Gonda Hirosuke during the Meiji Era, circa 1910. All pieces like this we ever seen signed have been signed Gonda. Very few of these wireless fish vases were made by Gonda. The vase is in excellent condition and has silver rims. It was created before Japan began stamping rims with the "jun gin' silver mark in the early 1900's. It stands 7 inches tall and is 7 inches wide.

Cover hinged with tapering tab and gently curved top. Low-relief ornament in form of rectilinear frames with double borders and with leafing scrollwork on sides and cover top. Velvet-lined interior. With key. Fully marked including maker’s and retailer’s (Theodore B. Starr) stamps...

A rare Trevaise vase made by the Alton Manucturing Co. of Sandwich, MA in 1907. The 5 3/4 inch tall vase has the typical bulging center as well as a smaller bulge just below the rim. The vase is 3 ½ inches in diameter at the bulge while the top is 1 3/4 inches and the foot is 3 inches. The cream colored base glass of the vase is nearly covered with a spectacular yellow, green and gold feather-combed decoration. The foot bears a button pontil typical of Trevaise. There is no damage.

A Royal Worcester two -handled vase measuring 6 inches tall and 4 inches in diameter. The vase is fully marked with Mark 1 with the date letter W for 1885 and with shape number 1109. There is also an impressed mark with shape 1109 The vase is decorated with three different floral sprays and is in excellent condition.

An elegant second standard (800/1000 pour silver) French tastevin. Rather than the typical "perles" and fluted "godrons," the bowl is decorated with repousse grape leaves, berries and shells in the 18th century style. This treatment is sometimes seen in tastevins made by Parrod, one of the most influential makers of tastevins in the 19th and 20th centuries...

Lovely and rare antique hand painted porcelain deviled egg plate by R. Delinieres & Co. of Limoges, France. In excellent condition, it measures 9" x 8". Dates 1900.

A marked Lotus Ware American Belleek "Columbia" bowl with a beaded ruffled rim and a beaded ring below the rim. The ends of the oval bowl have applied filagree medallions. The bowl is simply decorated with delicate yellow and white flowers and softly colored sprays. The bowl was made by Knowles, Taylor and Knowles of East Liverpool, OH during the period 1892 - 1896. The bowl is 6 3/4 inches long and 4 ½ inches tall.

Modern sterling silver picture frame. Made by Fradley in New York, ca 1920. Rectangular window in plain flat surround. With glass, silk lining, and velvet back and hinged easel support for portrait (vertical) display. Fully marked including maker’s stamp and no. 2072. Very good condition.

An arts and crafts period stamp box from the workshops of Joseph Heinrichs in New York. Great design with waves of silver over hammered copper. Measures about 5" by 2 1/2" by 1 3/4". D.T.W. initials engraved on top. Marked copper and silver and J.C. Grogan & Co. Pittsburgh where it was retailed. Fine example.

A very ornate hand chased silver hip flask with a hinged rotating bayonet cap. Monogrammed on the cap, it also has the date 1892. There is a small dent on the cap. Measures 6” high x 3.5".

Beautiful 12 inch tall rose pattern signed “Locke Art” vase. The vase has a rayed pattern on the underside of the foot and an etched dentil pattern on the rim. The vase is 4 1/4 inches in diameter at the base and top while the main body is 2 7/8 inches in diameter. This rare form is in wonderful condition.

An exceptional bellarmine jug or Bartmannskrug as they are called in Europe. Made in Germany, cologne region, probably Frechen, late 16th. century AD., and exported to Holland, as it's bearing a medallion with the Coat of Arms of Amsterdam.
