This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in England by Doulton Burslem in the 1890s. The saucer has a diameter of 4 ½ inches and the cup is 2 ¼ inches high. The set is made of fine bone china. The cup features a puffy blown out shape and an art nouveau style handle. The type of decoration is known as “Spanish Lace”. The surfaces of both pieces are covered with fine, lacy gilding with hand painted flowers accenting the design...

Two lovely English trios with painted decoration of single roses. Wishbone or London handles, c 1820, probably New Hall. Numbers painted to base: 925 and 923. Height of cups "3/ 7,5 cm, diameter of saucers "5 ½/ 14 cm. Condition: a yellow tone to part of the handle of one cup (from fabrication), otherwise fine.

Offered is this rare cranberry-glass pillow vase, hand-decorated with a marsh scenery, made by Moser around 1900. The vase is 7 1/2 inches (19 cm) long, 6 1/2 inches (16,5 cm) high and 3 1/2 inches (9 cm) wide. In good condition (expected, age-appropriate wear to gold and a small rim flea-bite - see last picture). Unsigned, but guaranteed to have been made by Moser - the scalloped feet are a hallmark of Moser pillow vases (for reference: see Baldwin's book on the Klabin Moser glass collection).

A fine pair of 19th century clambroth glass candle holders. Stout but elegant baluster turned sticks with broad, stable feet. Fine and practical decorative accents. The reference to clambroth says it all - the milky glass almost translucent (more so toward the foot - see second illustration) with opaque bubbles throughout. Good condition. These are probably pretty early and likely not common to fetch a pair. Would be a refreshing "stand in" for brass in period interior...

Wonderful figural sterling silver child's spoon especially for Easter. The handle is decorated with two chicks recently hatched from their eggs above the word "Easter" and an Easter lily. Interestingly, the teardrop shape of the bowl is that used in Victorian times for egg spoons. The back is marked by Durgin and also by D. Low of Salem, MA (maker of the famous Salem Witch spoon). Circa 1890. 4.5" long. Excellent condition, including intact gilding on the interiors of the cracked eggs.

KPM Meissen porcelain is the highest grade of Meissen. The cup and saucer are decorated in purple with gold trimming and laurel wreaths. The saucer is 7 inches in diameter and the cup is 4 inches in diameter and 3 inches in height.

Rare antique Chinese Famille Rose covered mustard pot and under tray with typical painted decoration and applied bud form knob. Circa 1860 (minor wear to gilt decoration).**

Just incredible! This lovely Duhme Victorian Sterling Silver Ladle dated October 10, 1864, with spiral stem and engraved hamdle, is exquisite. The cartouche is engraved with "Hannah" The ladle measures 11.5 inches long with a generous bowl 3 3/4 inches wide. It weighs 4 ounces. A magnificent piece in excellent condition.

Victorian Modern sterling silver and glass decanter. Made by Edgar Finley & Hugh Taylor in Birmingham in 1884. Clear glass cylinder on round and spread base. Flat girdle with applied chevron and stud. Rim collar same with triangular spout. Cover hinged with canted sides and ball finial. Mortis and tenon-style bracket handle. Very good design. Fully marked. Fine condition.

Edwardian Art Nouveau sterling silver porringer. Made by William B. Kerr & Co. in Newark, ca 1910. Round with straight sides shaped solid handle. On exterior are acid-etched fairytale scenes depicting beguiling maidens, stooped crones, and credulous children framed by sinister tree trunks. Turreted and domed fantasy building with round frame (vacant). Fully marked including maker’s stamp and no. 4568. Very good condition.

This Zeh Scherzer & Co. vase depicts strawberries falling out of a basket. It is 8" tall. It is hallmarked Z.S. & Co / Bavaria. It is circa 1880.

Early all hand sewn with tiny stitches black doll. The embroidered face is outstanding with the raised eyes, the pupils on a bed of white layered thread and her mouth is also done that same technique. For hair she has cotton floss thread sewn to her head and it is most effective. She has attached arms and legs so she sits easily. Her body is stuffed firmly with cotton. Over all she is in very good condition with only slight discoloration from age and use...

Victorian sterling silver bowl. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York. Curved sides with repousse fern and flower pattern. Cast interior rim comprising alternating ferns and flower heads. Four leafing scroll-mounted paw supports. Fully marked including maker’s stamp, pattern no. 9447 (first produced in 1887), director’s letter M (1873-91), and volume (6 1/2 pts). Very good condition.

This pair of crystal compotes was made in England by Stevens & Williams around 1900. They measure 6 inches tall and the openings have a diameter of 5 3/4 inches. They are hand blown from clear crystal that varies from thicker areas to very thin. This type of crystal is often referred to as “rock crystal.” It imitated the mineral stone used by the Chinese. The bowls are expertly hand engraved and polished with ribbons and wreaths...

A Staffordshire blue and white waste bowl or slop bowl, transfer printed, early 19th century. The outside with a textile pattern and reserves with a bird. The inside with a stylized border of leaves and flowers and a similar bird in the centre. Diameter "4½/ 11,5 cm, height "2¾/ 7 cm. Condition: fine.
