This porcelain plate was produced in England by Brown, Westhead & Moore between the late 1870s and 1880s. It was produced especially for the renowned retailer Wilhelm Graef of New York. The plate has a diameter of 10 ¼”. The deep cobalt blue enamel ground is decorated with embossed gold flying herons and chrysanthemums. The flowers themselves are raised turquoise enamel. A very pretty sterling silver berry or casserole spoon by Durgin. The handle is nicely engraved in an ivy pattern, while the gilt bowl is engraved with a flock of butterflies. The back is stamped with Durgin's earliest hallmark.

Exquisite antique purse hand beades using "mostacilla" beads in the "petit poi" style. The clasp area is beautifully crafted with an intricate design. The clasp and chain are made in silver 800. The clasp contains the "POSEN" seal. Circa 1850-1880.

RARE Georgian hand chased sterling silver creamer with a cartouche on each side. One cartouche is monogrammed "AL" and the other is blank. This exquisite piece is in excellent condition and measures 4.75" high, 5" across including handle and spout. Dates 1820 - 1830.

This set of 6 porcelain pot de crèmes, or hot chocolate cups, was produced in France before 1870. They are unmarked as much of Paris porcelain is. They are 4 1/2 inches high and have a diameter of 2 3/4 inches. The lids have a flower bud molded into the porcelain which serves as the finial. They are made of fine hard paste porcelain. A Georgian Sterling Silver Tea Set by Samuel Hennell (son of Robert). Hallmarked London, 1812/1815. It is of fluted design, stands on ball feet, and has gadroon detailing to the rims. The teapot is marked 1812 and the sugar and creamer 1815, all of identical design. The sugar bowl and cream jug have gilded interiors. Total weight 34.7 Troy ounces. Excellent condition.

Large sterling silver berry spoon in Blackinton's 1900 "Nautilus" pattern. The handle is elegantly decorated with scrolls and shells, and nicely complements the lobed bowl. The reverse is marked with Blackinton's hallmark.

Turn-of-the-century Art Nouveau sterling silver bowl. Made by Meriden Britannia (part of International) in Meriden, Connecticut. Oval well surrounded by wide and irregular shoulder with scrolled and whiplash eddying water—a whirlpool made more dangerous by the beckoning Lorelei. Well has engraved script monogram D. Fully marked and numbered C2884. Very good condition.

A beautiful and rare bucket shaped cup made by the Bow porcelain factory and decorated in gilt, iron red, green, and blue in the kakiemon "Two Quail" pattern. The arrangement of the pattern is also unusual on this piece, with the birds placed directly opposite the handle.

This piece is in superb condition, with no chips or restoration, and showing bright enamels, with a truly minor in the making glaze split at the top of the handle (shown in extreme magnification in the 6th photo)...

A superb quality very large pottery figure of a male attendant or official, dating to the earlier Ming Dynasty, 1400-1500 AD.

The figure is placed on a high hexagonal plint and wears a fine two-colour blue and turquoise glazed robe. The unglazed areas have pigmented colors in red, black and white. Finely painted facial details.

The head is attachable as often seen on the largest figures from this period.

Pair lovely Minton porcelain cabinet plates featuring handpainted pastoral scenes. One shows a footbridge over a rushing stream and the other shows a pair of cows wading in a pond. Both are surrounded by Minton's famous turquoise blue. The edges are gilt and embossed with a foliate pattern. The backs are impressed "Minton" and have the year mark for 1879. Exquisite Berlin Iron cameo necklace consisting of sixteen graduated portrait cameos of classical men and women. This unusual necklace has its original clasp and measures 15 1/4" long by 1 3/8" at its widest.

Offered is this pair of tall (11 3/4 inches or 29,5 cm in height) hand-painted portrait glass vases - the vases are unsigned, but were painted by Josef Ahne in all likelihood (refer to page 33 of Truitts' book on Bohemian glass for similar-shaped Ahne portrait vases). There is a small flake on the inner-rim of one vase (see picture).

A pair of hand painted English porcelain dessert serving dishes, probably Spode, lozenge shaped with lobes and decorated with floral sprays and sprigs in bright colors with gilt scalloped border and gilt floral design in the apexes. No marks on the base, but this form with the elegant gilding in the apexes is ascribed to Spode and from early in the 19th century. Length 10 ¼, width 7 ¼ and height 2 inches.

Condition: No chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs. Almost no wear.
