A lovely sterling silver fancy serving fork in an unnamed Art Nouveau pattern by the Baird-North Co. The handle is beautifully decorated with a thorny vine of wild roses. The back is decorated in a simpler design of roses. The splayed tines are ornately pierced. A fork of this shape would probably have been used to serve bacon, but it might also be useful for cold meats. The reverse is marked “Sterling/Pat. 1903”...

Circa 1830, historical dark blue Staffordshire teapot with a different scene on each side. One side shows 3 men chopping down a tree with a house in the background. The opposing side depicts a train engine pulling a coach. This teapot was produced by Enoch Wood & Sons (1818 - 1846) of Staffordshire. The deep blue color is remarkable as well as its excellent condition. Measures 10.5ʺ wide, 5ʺ deep, 7ʺ high.

A White Delft Sauce Boat. Of silver shape raised on three lion mask pad feet and with a lion mask handle. Covered in a thick even white glaze. Possibly German C1745/50. Length; 18.8 cm. Very good Staffordshire figural group portraying a young man and woman in a garden. He holds a floral wreath while she holds a potted rosebush. The decorative painting is very nice, especially the facial details.

DESCRIPTION: This child’s word learning game has spool type wood letters that slide around the two outer tracks in order to form words on the center track. An all wood board with beveled edges, this bright and cheery game has 1912 to 1916 patents. A great early educational piece for game collectors, this one is remarkable as there are neither missing letters nor breaks to the letters. Very good condition with normal usage wear. This porcelain 8 piece set of tea for two was produced in Germany by Meissen in the 1870s. This is a first quality set. The tray is 17 inches long and 12 inches wide. The pot is 8 inches high. The set is painted with a striking pattern inspired by the Japanese, known as Imari. The colors are vivid and the decoration is bold. There is cobalt blue and iron red accented by shiny gilding...

Antique, Victorian 19th century English hand -blown cranberry glass vase of exceptional quality. Cranberry glass was made by adding gold to molten glass. It is an expensive and difficult process. A slight error can result in a muddy color instead of the pretty pink of cranberry.

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced Germany by the Royal Berlin Porcelain Manufacturer, or KPM, in the 1890s. The saucer measures 4 ¼ inches and the cup is 1 ½ inches high. The set is made of fine hard paste porcelain. Both pieces are hand painted with delicate flowers in bright colors. Little sprigs of flowers are scattered about. Lacy gilding trims the borders. The rims and handle are accented with gold. Condition: Excellent

Sterling silver sugar spoon in Whiting's 1891 "Louis XV" pattern. The spade-shaped bowl is slightly scalloped at the neck for decorative appeal. The back is stamped with Whiting's hallmark, the patent date (indicating an older piece) and the retailer's mark "A. Stowell & Co." (Baltimore).

Origin: American, circa 1890s. Condition: excellent, very light wear, no monogram. Size: 6" long.

French Sevres porcelain urn-form vase in a cobalt glaze, decorated with ornate ormolu mounts and a bronze cherub holding a dove. 19th century. The vase had once been converted into a lamp. Size: 24.25 inches ht. x 12.5 inches wide x 9 inches deep. Very nice condition, no chips or cracks or breaks.

Antique toy dog with a squeaker, glass eyes, hand sewn and was mohair of sorts but now is worn down to the brown fabric. He is firmly stuffed with straw. He has an old fabric collar tied around his neck. He is 7 1/2" long and is 5" tall and is circa 1880-90. He has a very nice face.

Faceted. Engraved floral and zigzag bands. Lobed vertical frames. Reeded foot rim. Fully marked including Barbour and International stamps and retailer’s stamp (JE Caldwell) as well as no. 1317/29.
