A Pair of English Victorian Two Arm Brass Candelabra on Tripod Cabriole Legs, with scrolled feet; circa 1860-1880. Dimensions; 17" high x 11" wide. They have two arms and a center finial, and the arms are adjustable. Excellent condition.

A nicely decorated document box featuring red and black grain painting, the edges with yellow and green striping.

The box is 13 1/4 inches in length, 7 1/4 inches in depth, and 6 1/2 inches tall. Overall condition is excellent, with no cracks or breaks, and virtually all of the original, unrestored paint is present. The lock and hinges are original and in fine shape. There is the normal amount of wear along some of the box edges.

This is a beautiful Limoges cabinet plate, ca.1890, bearing the Limoges mark of the Coiffe porcelain factory as well as that of Guerin-Pouyat-Elite; featuring molded borders in pale blue within gilt rims and centered with a delicately handpainted spray of lilacs; condition: excellent, no chips, cracks, or crazing; gilt on rims is faded; measurement: 9 inches diam.

DESCRIPTION: An antique Mexican folk art carving of a bearded St. Peter in a bishop’s hat holding a large key, symbolizing the key to the kingdom of heaven entrusted to disciple Simon Peter by Christ. This figure was probably part of a home devotional altar; figure can also be hung on a wall or entry door. Very good condition. DIMENSIONS: 13 1/8” high x 3”wide.

Origin: Staffordshire, England, ca. 1850. Condition: some scratching to the overglaze red enamel (mostly at her elbow and along the edges of her bonnet), otherwise excellent. Size: 4" tall.

Exceptional Gorham "Athenic" copper vase or urn caged in pierced sterling silver. The Athenic line was designed as an Art Line to compliment Martele. This vase has a wonderful aged copper patina with hints of red, brown, and black. It measures 3 3/4" tall, 3 7/8" wide at top, and 2 3/8" at base. The interior is lightly gilded. The base is sterling and well marked--"Athenic", a lion, an anchor, a "G", "Sterling", and BY 173. Weighs 7.5 ounces. Circa 1900. Excellent condition.

12 Lenox Porcelain encrusted wide Gold Rim Plates with white Berries, made for "Tiffany & Co.", Ca. 1915, 10 1/2" diameter, encrusted gold leafy vines with white Berry, marked "Lenox, Tiffany & Co." in green on the bottom, and marked "X 10 1/2"/F49" in gold upper bottom area next to bottom rim. There is a small chip on the bottom rim and some worn spots on wide inner gold rim.

A pair of CJ Mason porcelain plates circa 1825 A pair of distinctively molded bone china porcelain plates from the Mason factory circa 1825. Each is hand painted with a bouquet of flowers and the molded pattern enhanced with copper tinged gilding. They have no maker’s mark, but this molded porcelain is associated with the factory. Wonderful old Millville, NJ area glass paperweight wig stand or mantel ornament. The setup is pierced with five elongated icepick bubbles. Small bits of aventurine glass highlight the overall coloring of soft yellow and green. The top is heavily faceted with 33 printies of varying sizes. This fanciful Art Nouveau style brass desk box was originally made to hold stamps but would be a great place to store a special ring, cufflinks or a secret. Rectangular shaped, standing on four feet, the hinged cover has a centered sunflower surrounded by leaves and vines, two compartments inside, unmarked. Measures 3 in. x 1 5/8 in. x 1 1/4 in. high. Condition is near perfect.

A wonderful and uncommon Worcester Scratch Cross period high-footed silver form sauce boat of desirable small size. This charming piece has a scroll handle with an upturned thumb rest, the body molded with scroll panels painted with "strutting birds" near a triangular fence and flowering rocks.

The length, including the handle, is 6 1/2 ", the width is 3 1/4", and the height is 2 1/2". Superb condition with vibrant colors and no flaws.

Pair of antique, circa 1900 A.D.Armenian, splendid solid silver filigree candy baskets, made of characteristic Armenian fine silver filigree wire, twisted, and soldered with excellent precision. Each rounded form is resting on a ring-shaped foot. The center is decorated with rosettes with flaring sides and a scalloped rim affixed with braided rope handles. This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in England by Spode before 1825. It has the hand painted puce number 739 on both pieces. The set is in the “London” shape. The porcelain is very fine bone china. It is hand painted with sprays of brightly colored flowers. There is a cobalt blue border decorated with elaborate gold designs. A gorgeous sterling silver cream ladle rare on two counts. First, Fessenden’s 1910 “Tulip” pattern is very uncommon. Secondly, while spoons were often engraved as souvenir pieces, serving pieces were hardly ever given this treatment. This is the only souvenir cream ladle we’ve seen. The matte gilt bowl is engraved with a very detailed representation of the U.S. Capitol Building underscored by “Washington DC”. The back is hallmarked by Fessenden & Co.
