Wonderful Royal Worcester pitcher trimmed with gold with lovely handpainted flowers on both the front and back. There is a fabulous gold grotesque head on the spout. A spectacularly decorated Lobmeyr goblet with a flared ogee bowl above a knop, all surmounting an inverted baluster stem with tear and panel cutting, terminating in a merise.

Elegant Victorian sterling silver serving dish with intricate repousse and pierced sides. The sides are finished off with a cyma-curve border punctuated at compass points with baroque shell motifs. The bottom is fully hallmarked for London, 1891-92, and has the maker’s mark “WC”. The piece is quite heavy and is of the very good quality.

An uncommon tinsel, or foil, painting on glass. Extremely vibrant, with deep colors, the painting shows a bluebird surrounded by a variety of fruit, with a compote of fruit behind it. It is rare to have a foil scene without a lot of open space between subjects.

The painting is in excellent condition, as is the later frame, which measures 16 1/4" by 13 1/4".

Although not marked, this art glass piece bears the styling and quality of Victorian pieces made by the Stevens and Williams Ltd of England and in the 1870s under the direction of John Northwood (son Harry Northwood was a glass maker in America). Ca 1920 A wonderful set liqueur cups with etched silver plate holders. The cups are also etched with various designs. Three holders have a daisy and bud motif, four feature holly leaves while the remaining four have bamboo. One glass insert has a rough rim, another has a crack ( see photos) and some of the holders have dark spots inside the plate. 1-1/4"(h) x 1-5/8"(w). Sold as is.
