Circa early 1800's copper Dutch coal bucket with tight fitting lid and brass claw feet. These canisters were used for remaining hot coals. The lid fit tightly; thus, lacking oxygen the coals were extinguished. Measures about 16.5 inches high. Excellent antique condition.

Dressed in a blue calico dress this sweet little stump rag doll has a lot going for her. She has an ink drawn face, a lollipop head, and a body that flares out but stops at the hips and never had legs. If I was a mother back in the 19th C. A very good cut glass vase by Clark in the "Iris" pattern. The lower third and the flared rim are cut with elongated hobstars flanked by mitred triangles of strawberry diamond cutting enhanced with fans; and the neck is cut with panels of printies alternating with notched prisms. The base is cut with a 20-point hobstar and has Clark’s script acid signature. The pattern is either "Iris" or a variant of “American Beauty”. The cutting is very precise and the polish is excellent.

This set of 6 cut crystal cordial glasses were produced in Bohemia by Moser in the late 19th century. The glasses measure 3 3/4 inches high and the diameter of the opening is 2 3/4 inches. The glasses are hand cut and have panels of amber glass in panels around the outside. Vermicelli gilding covers the rest of the surface of the glasses. Vue d'une Ancienne Abbaye Staffordshire historical plate by Enoch Wood. Circa 1825. This pearlware plate is decorated in a dark blue transfer and is from the "French series." A fine sterling silver gravy ladle in the 1892 “Richelieu” patterns by Tiffany & Co. This is one of Tiffany’s great early patterns and is very sought after today. It is distinguished by shell motifs at the handle and pendant bellflowers that lead down the stem. The flattened bowl is elegantly gadrooned to match the scalloped edge. The back is marked with Tiffany’s hallmark in use 1891-1902.

From our Fine Arts and Americana Collection, a very fine example of late 19th - early 20th century intaglio cut crystal, depicting a floral wreath on one side with floating flowers on the other side, “jeweled beveling” to the rim and foot, and all very well-cut and elegantly made. A nice addition for fin de siecle crystal and glassworks collectors. This piece is actually a lot prettier than our pictures seem to capture: We find crystal pieces like this very difficult to photograph well.

All of the plating is still original. There is however, a few spots where, as shown in my picture, there is some loss of silver. A magnificent addition to any silver collection. The collar is 7/8" in diameter and is wonderfully chased.
