A fine Dr. Wall (First Period) Worcester pickle leaf dish in the "Pickle Leaf Vine" pattern, showing flowers and vines within a feuil-de-choix border, and with a workman's mark on the reverse. Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, paint loss, or restoration. The white areas at places along the edge are light reflections. Length 3 1/4", and width 3 1/2".

Three plates with a blind molded basket weave border and swirled ribs the way Coalport molded plates in the early part of the 19th century. The hand painted flowers in a central bouquet and four single flowers on the lip are very much in the early Coalport style. The plates are 9 ¼ inches (23.5 cm) in diameter.

These 6 porcelain demitasse cups and saucers were produced in Germany by Meissen in the 1890s. They have first quality crossed swords marks under the glaze. The saucers are 4 inches in diameter. The cups are 2 inches tall with a diameter of 2 1/2 inches. The cups feature a split branch twist handle. Each piece is decorated with hand painted sprigs of tiny flowers. A beautiful example of a "Warren Hastings" type Chelsea porcelain plate, molded with a rococo style border reserved with three scroll-edged panels painted with landscapes including a lake, distant towers, woods and figures. There are mixed flower sprays, smaller sprigs and a butterfly in the center, with the rim picked out with a brownish red line. Red anchor mark and stilt marks on the reverse. Painted in a lovely soft palette.

A pearlware child’s mug with the stencil inscription in blue on the front, “A Gift from the Pottery,” in a cut corner rectangle with a seaweed surround.
