A Bow porcelain creamer featuring three oriental figures. There is a small bruise on the inside of the spout, some kiln roughness to the rim, and the body has rubbing in the white undecorated areas. The height is 3".

This porcelain plate was produced in Germany by the Ambrosius Lamm Dresden studio in the 1880s. It is titled “Vierte Nachtstunde” or Fourth Hour of the Night after Raphael. The plate is 9 ½ inches in diameter. It is hand painted with the night goddess holding an owl while suspended on clouds. The hand painting is finely detailed and the coloring is vivid. This porcelain oyster plate was produced France by Haviland & Co. Limoges. The mark was used between 1876-1880. It measures 8 3/4 inches in diameter. The plate has 6 wells with salt compartment in the center. The decorations are a factory transfer that is hand colored. The ground color is mauve. An assortment of sea creatures and plant life are scattered around the surface of the plate. The colors are vivid and the shape is interesting. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in England by Royal Crown Derby in 1912. There are date ciphers that indicate this date. The set is made of high quality bone china. It is decorated in a Japanese Imari pattern. The decoration is hand painted and ornately gilded. The decoration on the cup and saucer is bold and vivid. There is some slight wear in the well of the saucer. This cup and saucer is in otherwise excellent condition.

A nicely decorated flaring oval fruit or chestnut basket with openwork sides and handles at either end. The red stencil mark on the base of an “A” with a crown is that of the factory at the Rue Thiroux under Marie Antoinette’s protection. It is decorated with sprigs on the bottom of the inside, dots at the intersection of the open weave sides, stripes of red and blue alternating with white on the base, a blue line around the handle and a gilt rim with dentil gilding on the outside edge...

This porcelain box was produced in Germany by Richard Klemm Dresden in the late 19th century. It measures 3 3/4 inches long, 1 3/4 inches wide and 1 1/4 inches high. The lid is elaborately decorated with a hand painted scene of lovers in a landscape. Fancy gilding frames the scene. The apple green ground is overlaid with a fine mesh of raised gold. A fantastic set of hand painted fish plates, each plate having its own distinctive scene, made in Limoges, France. The plates date circa 1900. Each plate is gold enameled at the rim. Diameter is 9 1/4". Condition is superb (see report below). Backstamp is L. R. I - a manufacturer whose identity I have not solved. A 19thC Farrar Batiscan Quebec 4 gallon handled wine jug or crock, for the Marchand & Co spice, wine and liquor merchant. This 18-3/4" tall handled salt glazed stoneware jug still has the cork and it is completely hand thrown. It has a blue floral design identical with other known Farrar examples and it has a blue-wiped impressed legend stating "MARCHAND & CO MARCHANDS EPCIERES VINS ET LIQUEURS BATISCAN 4"...

A Minton wild strawberries A2625 hand painted berry or fruit bowl dated 1866. This Victorian beauty measures 9-3/8" across and it features finely handpainted leaves, flowers and wild strawberries all in high relief. This bowl is similar to other antique Minton patterns however we haven't definitively identified it. It has the impressed MINTON mark (used from 1862-71, later MINTONS) and a date cypher resembling that used for 1866...

A Chinese Export coffee cup, slightly ribbed and foliated, a rather unusual shape. Enameled decoration of flower garlands in European Rococo style. Early Qianlong period (c 1740), a give-away as for the age is a little flower in iron red and gold to each side. Height "2 ¼ / 6.2 cm. Condition: little black spots and two hairlines (cf. pics).

A Davenport 2614 Old Imari 2451 style pattern cup and saucer from 1870-1887. This wonderful fully hand painted English bone china 2-5/8" tall cup and matching 5-5/8" saucer has lush gold, cobalt and orange decoration. The pattern was later copied by Royal Crown Derby as "Old Imari" or "Traditional Imari" (in production from 1902-2014)...

This porcelain ewer was produced in England by Royal Worcerster in 1885. The date letter in the marking indicates this year. It is model number 1048. The artist who painted this vase was Charles Baldwyn who worked at Worcester from 1880 to 1904. The ewer measures 7 ¼ inches high and has a diameter of 6 ¾ inches. A large, beautiful, 1884 Rookwood art pottery covered ginger jar, decorated with a bird in flight. The jar is in excellent condition (there is a small scratch on the jar's body - see picture). The jar has the size-code, 'A', the code for the largest-sized Rookwood articles: the ginger jar is 8 1/4 inches tall and 7 inches wide at the shoulders. French Limoges Porcelain Plate, Feu de four pattern, Ca. 1910, 9 3/4" diameter, raised brilliant gold repeated diamond shape design border inside the raised round dots in the outer gold scalloped edge rim, faded and free style of transfer decoration of the Poppy flowers and branches towards to the center. Underglaze green mark "Haviland France Feu de four" and overglaze red mark "Haviland & Co. Limoges, for A. B. Griswold" on the bottom. The condition of gold is in excellent and no damages.
