An unsigned Webb Burmese petal topped vase enameled with the Jules Barbe designed Japanese Berry or Woodbine pattern of 1887. The vase 3 inches tall and in excellent condition.

A fine example of a four knopped double series opaque twist (DSOT) antique wine glass. The bell bowl is over a stem with a pair of spiral threads outside of a central gauze, and with an annular knop and three ball knops. Conical foot with rough, snapped pontil.

The vast majority of opaque twist glasses have straight stems, and the addition of even one knop adds substantially to the difficulty of making them, and to the value. Each additional knop increases these factors...

A beautiful and rare Wilhelm Kralik vase on metallic stand (Kralik was a contemporary of Loetz). The vase has the 'Sea Urchin' surface decor. The vase is in excellent condition - the metal has age-appropriate tarnishing. The vase has a polished pontil. Overall, the vase is 8 1/2 inches (21,5 cm) tall and 6 inches (15 cm) wide. Though unsigned, the vase is guaranteed to have been made by Kralik (refer to page 4 under Kralik at the loetz website for similar type of Kralik surface decoration).

Offered is this beautiful cameo glass box made by Thomas Webb & Sons of Stourbridge, England. It is 4 1/2 inches (11,5 cm) tall and about 3 inches (7,5 cm) wide. Except for a tiny flea-bite on the bottle's inner rim (hidden when lid is in place), it is in very good condition. It is signed in acid with the Webb cameo-glass logo on its polished pontil.

A large Saxon (German) hunting glass with a thistle bowl, beautifully engraved with a castle, a mounted horseman, 4 dogs, and two geese and with a facet cut lower section. The stem is facet cut with a large facet cut stepped angular knop. Folded foot.

Despite what it might seem in the poor photos, the glass is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, clouding, or restoration. The height is 8 1/4", with a bowl diameter of 3 1/8" and a foot diameter of 3 5/8".

A superb example of one of the rarest and most sought after types of 18th c English glass, the color twist. The bell bowl sits atop a shoulder knopped stem with a white lace twist outlined in red around a central green thread. A gorgeous and perfect glass. 6 1/2 inches tall.

A very unique 14 sided paperweight with an interior sculpture having a latticino base supporting stranded cage housing a green glass bubble. Its quality workmanship is accented by the beveled edges on the top and bottom. In excellent condition and unsigned. Please note that the glass is slightly yellow, due in large measure tot he yellow glass rods. Our images suggest a clearer brighter glass, but that is not the case when viewed in normal light. A fine English wine glass with an ogee bowl with 16 flutes in the lower half. The stem features an unusual single series opaque twist (SSOT) configuration of 4 spiral tapes, making for a very pleasing appearance. Conical foot with a rough pontil. Good color and tool marks, with no condition issues. The height is 5 3/4", with a bowl diameter of 2" and a foot diameter of 2 3/4".

A fine lead antique wine glass, being a true Jacobite multiple spiral air twist (MSAT) glass engraved by Engraver B in Seddon's book. The air twist is very tight and elegantly fashioned. Produced in the late 1800's, this historical Venetian glass vase is constructed with filigrana reticello and filigrana retortoli (zanfrico)with aventurine. Similar design can be found in Rossella Juncks' "the Colors of Murano in the XIX Century", page 136. Diminutive in size at 3"h x 2.5"w, this historical vase is in excellent condition, unmarked.

A beautiful, hand-painted, seven-piece water glass set, made most probably by the Bohemian glass-maker, Carl Hosch, a contemporary of Moser. The set is decorated with typical art nouveau floral motif. The set is in very good condition (there is one nick on one glass and a couple of pin-pricks on another). Polished pontil. The jug is 12 inches (30,5 cm) tall with a base width of 5 1/2 inches (14 cm). Each glass is 8 inches (20,3 cm) tall and has a top-diameter of 2 1/4 inches (5,7 cm).

Except for a minor rim-flake (see last picture) and a fabrication flaw where the cutting wheel slipped momentarily (see picture - probably Webb didn't sign the piece because of that fabrication anomaly), the vase is in very good condition. Uniquely shaped Galle vase with his signature. Floral inspired design. This acid etched cameo vase contains several layers of glass. The base color is a frosted olive green. The acorns and stems are shades of plum and lavender. The top portion of the vase contains lighter tones of olive green. Signed Galle. Circa 1900.

A beautiful English wine glass with a bell bowl. The stem contains a multiple-spiral air twist (MSAT) extending into the solid base of the bowl. What makes this a truly special glass is the applied medial vermicular collar. The foot is conical with a rough, snapped pontil.

The condition is excellent, with no chips, cracks, blooming, or restoration. The marks and discolorations shown in the pictures are due to dust, reflected light, or photographic artifacts...
