Extremely rare oil lamp featuring a base of mercury glass decorated with floral painting and satin finishing. The floral decoration is an autumnal design depicting leaves and wheat in shades of brown, gold, green and cream, accented with cornflowers in blue and small orange flowers. The mercury glass has extensive satin finish which further emphasizes the shiny surfaces. The oil reservoir is flint glass of the highest quality cut in a 12-panel design...

A pair of Victorian milk glass applied flowers mantle vases. These 1880s vases measure 4-5/8" tall and they feature turquoise blue glass flowers and leaves and light amber coloured stems appled to the ouside of the vases; they are as typically found unsigned and they are in excellent condition with no cracks, repairs or damage other than the loss of one petal on one vase...

21124692 A very pretty Mount Washington satin finish Burmese jar decorated with daisies. The jar is 3 inches tall and 5 inches in diameter. There is no lid, but otherwise in excellent condition. There are several examples of this piece shown in Wilson’s “Mt. Washington & Pairpoint Glass” volume 1 and Sisk “Mt. Washington Art Glass.”

A group of 5 Victorian hand etched cordial liquer or wine glasses. Dating to the mid-to-late 19th century, these 4-7/8" tall glasses were hand made from three pieces (bowl, foot and stem) which was typical of the era. They are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use...

A pair of pressed glass beakers, Victorian, mid19th century. Blue, tending towards turquoise and very finely modeled, the bases with foliate rims. Height "3 ½ / 9 cm. Condition: fine.

Offered is this rare hand-painted 'Collars and Cuffs' lamp, made by Wavecrest around 1890. Overall, the lamp is 22 1/4 inches tall. The bottom glass part is 7 3/4 inches wide and 4 3/4 inches tall. The top glass shade is 9 inches wide and 7 1/2 inches tall. The chimney is 11 3/4 inches long and 3 1/2 inches wide. The lamp is in very good condition and the electrical wiring is in good condition (there is some age-appropriate tarnishing to the metal parts)...

Offered is this rare New England Glass Company's 'Fruit on Latticinio' paperweght, made around 1849 by Francois Pierre (after he left Baccarat Company and joined NEGC). The paperweight is approximately 2 1/2 inches wide and 1 5/8 inches tall. Polished pontil. It is in good condition - there is the expected, age-appropriate wear to the base of the paperweight (see 5th picture) and a few fabrication-holes (cannot be felt from the outside) inside the paperweight (see 3rd picture)...

An early Phoenix Art Glass hobnail sandwich peachblow pitcher. Graduating from shades of pink to yellow/cream, this pitcher features an applied clear satin reeded handle. A delightful piece to add to you collection, it is in excellent antique condition and measures 4.5 inches high x 5" diameter. Dates 1880's.

Beautiful New England Glass Company Plated Amberina tumbler. This rare tumbler is 3 3/4 inches tall, 2 3/8 inches in diameter at the base and 2 ½ inch diameter at the top. This nicely colored piece shades from red at the top to pale yellow at the base, cased over a pale cream liner. There are nine vertical ribs on the tumbler, a polished pontil mark and the rim is fire polished.

A very unique 14 sided paperweight with an interior sculpture having a latticino base supporting stranded cage housing a green glass bubble. Its quality workmanship is accented by the beveled edges on the top and bottom. In excellent condition and unsigned. Please note that the glass is slightly yellow, due in large measure tot he yellow glass rods. Our images suggest a clearer brighter glass, but that is not the case when viewed in normal light. An attractive 19th century Victorian art glass basket. This unsigned 8-3/4" high quality basket features a ruffled-edge custard glass body with clear cranberry glass edging; the clear naturalistic glass handles resemble crossed branches (one has two spurs). The pontil is polished. It has a nice fiery glow when back-lit, and this Victorian art glass piece is in excellent original condition with no cracks, losses, damage or repairs...

A fine mid-19th century pressed glass paperweight in the form of a recumbent lion resting on an opaque glass base. The lion is beautifully detailed and finished in a frosted surface. This lion is similar to one produced by Gillinder for the 1876 Centennial Exposition, but it is much more finely made. The underside of the black base is impressed “490”.

Origin: probably America, ca. 1870...

A vintage, crisply patterned early Canadian pressed or pattern glass 8-1/2" pitcher in the Nova Scotia Starflower pattern (Trenton Glass). Also known as Dewdrop and Flowers (Sandwich 1870s-80s) in the United States, this pitcher is in excellent condition with no cracks, losses, damage or repairs other than a tiny fleabite chip at the bottom of the handle (see image)...

Fine Bohemian green-to-clear cut glass Biedermeier footed spa beaker ("spaglas") featuring five panels, each beautifully engraved with Classical symbols. Beakers of this sort originated in the great spa towns of Bohemia, where they were used to take the waters.
