Offered is this beautiful, hand-painted, cut, cased glass (three-layer casing: white on the outside, cobalt on the inside and clear in-between) vase. It is 5 1/2 inches (14 cm) wide and 3 1/2 inches (9 cm) high. It is in excellent condition. The clear-glass pontil was left partly polished, since it is recessed (see last picture). unsigned - could have been made by either Moser, Pfohl or another Bohemian maker.

This is a rare applied butterfly (Marquetry) box, made by Bohemian master, Ludwig Moser, around 1885. Like typical Moser objects from that epoch, the box is unsigned. But such applied-glass-motif objects were made by Moser and Harrach in Bohemia and Thomas Webb in England (refer to Baldwin's book on Moser glass). Under black-light, the box fluoresces a gentle greenish color, so the glass blank is definitely of Bohemian origin. The box is 3 1/4 inches (8,3 cm) tall and 3 1/2 inches (9 cm) wide...

This is a beautiful Steuben jade glass decorated with acid cut-back floral motif. The heavy vase is approximately 9 1/2 inches tall, 6 inches wide and 3 inches deep. Except for a tiny spot on the top rim that was probably caused during fabrication and a couple of minor chips to the raised decor (see last two pictures), the vase is in very good condition. Offered is this beautiful hand-painted jug or decanter (9 1/2 inches or 24 cm in length), made probably by Moser. There is beautiful enameling on the container. There is damage to the duck's beak (a long flake and chip - see last two pictures). The container fluoresces a gentle-green under black-light - so, its glass-blank is of late 19th century or early 20th century Bohemian origin.

Offered is this beautiful Bohemian Moser glass dish with tooled-rim. The dish is 6 inches (15 cm) wide. The dish is made on an aqua-to-clear glass blank. It has a polished pontil and is in very good condition. Though unsigned, it is guaranteed to have been made by Moser - according to Gary Baldwin, tooled rims of the type present on this dish, "to date, have only been found on Moser decorated glass" (reference: page 85 of his book, 'Moser Artistic Glass Edition Two').

Offered are these two beautiful, hand-painted Victorian glass ewers. The amber-colored thumbprint jug is 8 3/4 inches tall and 6 3/4 inches wide. The Mary Gregory one is 8 inches tall and 7 inches wide. Both ewers were blown (has pontil-bottoms - see last two pictures) and are without chips, cracks or repairs. Both jugs fluoresce a gentle green when exposed to long-wavelength black-light, showing that they are made of late 19th century soda-lime glass blanks.
