An impressive and well-designed antique Bohemian glass paperweight. The bullet-shaped weight encloses a large central red, white and blue lily surrounded by three smaller lilies, all emanating from a speckled glass pot at the base. This set of 6 cut crystal cordial glasses were produced in Bohemia by Moser in the late 19th century. The glasses measure 3 3/4 inches high and the diameter of the opening is 2 3/4 inches. The glasses are hand cut and have panels of amber glass in panels around the outside. Vermicelli gilding covers the rest of the surface of the glasses. The scalloped foot of each glass is cut with a star. Condition: There is wear to the gilded surfaces from use.

Beautiful set of jeweled glass finger-bowl and under-plate, made most likely by Moser. The bowl is 5 1/4 inches (13,5 cm) wide and 2 1/4 inches (6 cm) high. The under-plate is 5 3/4 inches (14 cm) wide and 3/4 inches (2 cm) high. Both are in fine condition (some expected usage scratches on under-plate). Unsigned, as expected.

This crystal glass was produced in Bohemia in the late 19th century. We are not certain of the manufacturer but it is in the style of Lobmyer and Moser. The glass is 5 3/4 inches high and the diameter of the opening is 3 1/8 inches. The crystal is hand blown. It is decorated with brightly colored enamels. Offered is this beautiful, cranberry-colored Bohemian glass vase with hand-painted porcelain plaque of a beautiful young lady. Except for the expected fading of the gilt and bottom scratches, the vase is in very good condition. Polished pontil. The vase is 4 inches (10 cm) wide and 3 1/8 inches (8 cm) tall.

Although not marked, this art glass piece bears the styling and quality of Victorian pieces made by the Stevens and Williams Ltd of England and in the 1870s under the direction of John Northwood (son Harry Northwood was a glass maker in America). The body is an oval pill-shaped translucent light turquoise glass with an open oval top that is bordered with a scalloped ribbon crest. At each narrow end is a small applique of amber glass. Offered is this beautiful pair of vases with hand-painted decor and embedded jewels. Each vase is 7 1/2 inches (19 cm) tall and the vases are in excellent condition without chips, cracks or repairs (age-appropriate fading to the gilt, as expected) - amazingly, all the jewels are intact, in spite of the vases being over a hundred years old, showing how well they had been cared for. Unsigned - probably made by Moser or Fritz Heckert.

Offered is this rare hand-enameled, marbled glass vase, made by Loetz around 1893 - this 'Malachit' glass was meant to emulate the natural stone, malachite. Loetz presented 'Malachit' glass vases in the World Symposiums in Chicago and Antwerp in 1893 and 1894 respectively. A rare Judaic ceremonial set, made by Moser around 1900. The ornately decorated set, on Venetian glass blanks, consists of an ewer and six glasses. The ewer is 13 inches (33 cm) tall and each glass is 4 inches (10 cm) tall. The glass is in excellent condition (there is a small amount of expected, age-appropriate fading to the gold-gilt - see pictures)...

A beautiful, hand-painted art glass vase, made probably by either Moser or Mont Joye. The vase is 10 1/4 inches (26 cm) tall and 4 1/2 inches (11,5 cm) wide at the bottom. It is in good condition (age-appropriate gilt loss), without chips, cracks or repairs. The vase is ribbed and has bubbles inside, typical of old glass items. The vase fluoresces a gentle-green when subjected to long-wavelength black-light - typical of 19th century or early 20th century soda-lime glass objects...

This gem was the product of the Gundersen-Pairpoint Company in the mid 20th century, but ended up the collection of an avid glass addict. For serious collectors, we can offer limited but very interesting provenance for this and other goblets we are selling from a socially prominent philanthropist who settled in north Georgia and died in 1939. The underside retains an identification tag from the collector. Dimension: 7 1/8" h

This glass jug was produced in Bohemia by Josephinenhutte around 1895.  It was probably decorated by Fritz Heckert.  The jug measures 8 1/2 inches tall.  The stretch type glass is hand blown with an applied handle.  It is hand decorated with raised enamels in Middle Eastern style.  It is a handsome example of Bohemian art glass. Condition:  The ring of gilding around the foot shows some wear.  It is otherwise in excellent condition. 

A beautiful, hand-painted, seven-piece water glass set, made most probably by the Bohemian glass-maker, Carl Hosch, a contemporary of Moser. The set is decorated with typical art nouveau floral motif. The set is in very good condition (there is one nick on one glass and a couple of pin-pricks on another). Polished pontil. The jug is 12 inches (30,5 cm) tall with a base width of 5 1/2 inches (14 cm). Each glass is 8 inches (20,3 cm) tall and has a top-diameter of 2 1/4 inches (5,7 cm).
