Lovely large hinged cut glass box with flowers on both top and bottom. It is in perfect condition with no chips, cracks or repairs, but the rim could use resilvering. It measures 4" tall x 8" diameter at its widest point.

A stunning footed cut glass compote in Hawkes’ “Delft Diamond” pattern. While the pattern is not especially ornate, the deep emerald green color of the blank is amazing. The knopped stem has an elongated airtrap bubble that’s difficult to see because the color of the glass is so rich. The plain round foot is acid-stamped with Hawkes’ trefoil signature, which would suggest a relatively early date.

A fine mid-19th century pressed glass paperweight in the form of a recumbent lion resting on an opaque glass base. The lion is beautifully detailed and finished in a frosted surface. This lion is similar to one produced by Gillinder for the 1876 Centennial Exposition, but it is much more finely made. The underside of the black base is impressed “490”.

This unusual glass paperweight is filled with a devil’s fire motif worked in vibrant opaque shades of red, white and green. The glass of the design has a chalky texture similar to sulphides, but is randomly swirled and peaked in the typical devil’s fire style. The glass of the dome is particularly clear and bright for South Jersey paperweight. There is an incised ring around the periphery, just above the base, that is often found in Jersey weights...

This a rare set made by Heisey Glass Company. All pieces are etched with two polo player designs. Includes 12" decanter and 6 cordials and 6 lowball glasses. Excellent condition. A vintage, crisply patterned early Canadian pressed or pattern glass 8-1/2" pitcher in the Nova Scotia Starflower pattern (Trenton Glass). A scarce covered jar in the early American pressed or pattern glass Festoon pattern, issued by Beatty Brady Glass Co. (Indiana 1898). This 7-1/2" jar (including lid) has a crisp and attractive pattern with much raised detail; it is in very good condition with no losses, damage or repairs other than some minor upper edge chipping where the lid sits on the upper rim and one 5/8" internal impact crack on the bottom rim (intact with no loss)...

A cranberry thumbprint pattern glass pickle cruet on a silver plated stand from the 1890 era. The ornate stand is 11-3/4" tall and it has a nice decorative design as does the original silver plated lid; it is stamped with the Standard Silver Co. mark, which was in business in Toronto before 1893 (they later merged with International in 1913). The cranberry glass liner/jar has a thumbprint pattern and it fits snugly in the rim on the base...

This satin glass basket was produced in the United States in the late 19th century. The exact manufacturer is unknown. It was probably made by a New England glass company. It is 10 1/2 inches high and 7 3/4 inches in width. It is made of cased satin glass, white on the outside and striped with shades of rose coloring inside. There is an applied foot and applied thorn handle. The stripes inside the basket are reminiscent of candy, the coloring is so appealing...

A fine pair of American brilliant cut glass candlesticks signed “Libbey.” The stems and candle sockets are cut in Libbey’s “Plain Flute” pattern. The foot is decorated in an unequal radiant star pattern. The stems are spectacular!
