Offered is this beautiful, hand-painted, cut, cased glass (three-layer casing: white on the outside, cobalt on the inside and clear in-between) vase. It is 5 1/2 inches (14 cm) wide and 3 1/2 inches (9 cm) high. It is in excellent condition. The clear-glass pontil was left partly polished, since it is recessed (see last picture). unsigned - could have been made by either Moser, Pfohl or another Bohemian maker.

This glass vase was produced in Kamenicky Senov, Bohemia by Josef Ahne in the late 19th century. The glass studio was in production from 1830 until 1909. This is one of the earlier pieces. The vase is 10 1/4 inches high and 8 inches wide. The opaline glass is hand blown with a polished bottom. The vase is signed Ahne and there is the number 5 on the bottom. There is a charming hand painted scene of a little girl looking at a clock. Ahne copied paintings by Italian and German artists...

These 12 champagne tumblers were produced in Bohemia by Moser before 1890. They measure 3 ¾ inches high and have a diameter of 2 3/16 inches in diameter. The glass is hand blown with polished bottoms. They have a leaded content so that they ring. The base color of the glass is bright cranberry. Each glass is elaborately hand enameled with tiny flowers and buds you can feel. Straps of gold create cartouches containing flowers...

Two beautiful Bohemian glass decanters - both cut, one with further etched enhancements. The cut one is 10 1/2 inches (27 cm) tall, 4 3/4 inches (12 cm) wide and 2 3/4 inches (7 cm) deep. It has some bottom scratches and a small amount of usage-cloudiness. The applied-handled one is 10 1/2 inches tall, 5 1/2 inches (14 cm) wide and 2 3/4 inches deep. It has some scratches on the bottom and fleabites on the stopper's bottom. It has the number, '5' etched on its stopper-bottom.

Offered is this beautiful, iridescent, pulled-feather bowl/vase on ornate metallic stand. Superb iridescence. Overall, it is 13 inches high and 11 1/2 inches wide; the bowl itself is 9 1/2 inches wide and 3 1/2 inches high. It is in excellent condition. Polished pontil (there is a slight 'pull' on the pontil - see picture). Unsigned - probably was made by either Loetz / Rindskopf in Bohemia.

A beautiful, hand enameled cup-and-saucer set, made by either Moser or Monot & Stumpf (of France). The under-plate is 4 3/8 inches (11 cm) wide, while, the cup is 3 1/2 inches (9 cm) wide and 1 3/4 inches (4,5 cm) tall. They are both in fine condition. There is slight fluorescence when they are subjected to long-wavelength UV light - so, they were probably made around 1900.

Milchglas or lattimo snuff box, late 18th century. The sides and base with enameled decoration of flowers while on the lid an elegantly dressed little gentleman is seen taking a walk in the park, behind him a pink phantasy rock, a rocaille - all in typically Rococo style. The mounting made of bronze or brass, the upper part with engraved zigzag lines. Made in Bohemia around 1780. Width "2 ¾ / 7.3 cm, height "1 1/8 / 2.7 cm. Condition: fine.

A beautifully executed flashed and engraved covered goblet depicting scenes from the Teplitz and other resorts. The goblet has 6 panels, one of which has the location and date, another with initials, and 4 showing, in wonderful detail, various buildings with their names. The color of the flashing is a deep rich red, which I lightened so that the details could more easily be seen.

The foot has a chip and some loss, shown in two of the photos,and there is a chip on the underside rim of the cover...

Offered is this beautiful, iridescent art glass vase made by Loetz around 1898, in their 'Tree-trunk' decor ('Creta Rusticana'. The vase is 5 inches (12,5 cm) tall and 4 1/4 inches (10,8 cm) wide at the bottom. Except for a couple of minutest of flea-bites on the top rim, the vase is in very good condition. Though unsigned, most likely it was made by Loetz (refer to page 4 of David Littlefield's website for a Loetz 'Creta Rusticana' vase of similar shape and decor).
