A fine antique British sterling sugar caster created by the establishment of John Millward Banks. Dated 1896, it is fully hallmarked and is in excellent condition. Measures 7.5 inches high.

This is a very small antique German chocolate mold. Father Christmas stands just 4 inches high and is 2 1/4 inches wide. The clips are original. Very nice detail. The manufacturer and the number 990 are stamped on the inside.

A fine example of mid-Victorian Naturalism. This is a silver plated egg stand in the form of tree branches, with the English registry mark for 1871. This set consists of the four silver plated 2-3/8" high eggcups and the cast metal 5-1/2" tall handled base with branches and leaves. A fun pressed brass picture frame in the form of an early automobile. The frame is cleverly designed with vanishing point perspective to appear three dimensional. Apparently, it was originally a desk calendar and the original calendar inserts from 1907 have been used as a backing for the current photograph.

A delightful bronze dresser mirror, the entire frame ornately decorated in the form of two Pierrot figures and a smiling man-in-the-moon. Pierrot was a originally a Comedia dell’Arte character, but in the 18th century, he and the moon became inextricably linked in the French children’s song, “Au Claire de la Lune.” There are a few variations of this mirror; this is the most ornate, with the intricately beveled glass. The detailing of the figures is excellent.

RARE Georgian hand chased sterling silver creamer with a cartouche on each side. One cartouche is monogrammed "AL" and the other is blank. This exquisite piece is in excellent condition and measures 4.75" high, 5" across including handle and spout. Dates 1820 - 1830.

Circa 1880 French bronze champleve enamel inkwell with delicately hand-painted bird scenes. It sits on 4 bun feet and is in excellent condition. All enameling is intact with the darkest red color being a beautiful clear wine red (which tends to look a darker/duller in our photos). This lovely inkwell measures 7 inches across and 3" high.

Fine large, 21 inch long, sterling silver mirrored plateau by Jean Francois Veyrat, 10 Rue De La Tour, Paris. This plateau features four cast silver hoof feet and a beveled mirror. In excellent condition with just normal antique wear to the mirror, it is fully hallmarked and has a wood bottom. Measures 21" long, 17" wide, and 2.25" high. Circa 1880.

A Victorian English silver plated biscuit caddy or barrel with a carved finial from the 1880s. This hand engraved silver plated Victorian English piece stands 7-3/8" tall to the top of the hand-carved bone finial, and the attached base measures 7-7/8" x 6". An Arts and Crafts period 800 silver and cut glass claret jug circa 1900. This antique large claret decanter has a heavy silver handle and hinged top with a ball thumb rest setd on a cut crystal decanter. It measures 13-7/8" in height and 5-1/2" across the base. A Britannia metal coffee pot made by E. Stacy & Son, successors to John Vickers, Britannia Place, Sheffield. See stamp on the bottom of the pot. Britannia metal is an alloy that was invented by John Vickers to replace the expensive pewter in 1745. Britannia metal gradually started to replace pewter from about 1780. Size: H. 26cm. W. 20cm.
