A pair of oval dishes with godrooned borders, soft paste / pâte tendre, creamy white with decoration of flowers in underglaze blue. Made c 1780 in Tournai, then France and now Belgium. Ronda was the most popular Tournai pattern, produced all through the 19th century till 1891 when the manufactory closed down. Width "10 ½ / 26.5 cm. Condition: firing crack and two little nicks to underside of rim of one dish (cf. pics).

Antique 19th century, solid silver fork in Baroque style adorned with Lithuanian heraldic coat of arms Pahonia-Vytis.
The fork has 3 shaped tines and an elaborately designed stem topped with a finial depicting a woman's bust in classical style. This woman represents allegorically Poland, holding the crown of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth and backed by a laurel wreath.
The back of the fork's handle is skillfully carved with a Lithuanian heraldic coat of arms known as Pahonia-Vytis...

One jaw ovoid and scalloped with ornamental piercing; the other a cast claw with five talons. A nice early piece in this pattern, which was first produced in 1897. Pair of early 19th century Staffordshire mirror image figurines of a girl riding a goat. The coloring is excellent featuring vibrant cobalt blue coats. There is with some crazing which is good. There is a section of the "spaghetti" on one goat's tail that is missing and it appears to be a manufacturing flaw, see 2nd photo. There is also a very small chip or flaw to the hem of one skirt...
