This Queen Heart lamp is 9 3/8" tall without the chimney. It was made by Dalzell, Gilmore, and Leighton in 1898. The collar is loose.

A very nice scrambled glass paperweight by the New England Glass Company. The weight is well-packed with a colorful assortment of canes and twists. Visually, the set-up extends all the way to the periphery when viewed directly from the top. The glass is very clear.

Offered is this signed Quezal 'Pulled-feather' shade. The shade is 4 1/2 inches tall, 4 inches wide (at the flared end) and has the standard fitter diameter of 2 1/4 inches. It is in good condition (couple of circular marks where the shade rubbed against the holder - see last picture).

Glass whimseys, or end-of-day glass, were made at the end of the day's glass production by glassmakers using leftover glass; these items were usually taken home and given as gifts. This porcelain basket was produced in England in the mid 19th century. It is unmarked. It measures 8 1/4 inches long and 4 1/2 inches high. It is made of fine quality, white bone china. You would expect this quality from factories such as Minton, Worcester, Davenport, or Coalport. The handle and rim has decoration molded into the porcelain which is accented with gold. A good bronze footed trumpet base by bronze artisan Carl Sorensen. The surface is patinated in a mottled bluish-green shade and is enhanced with bands of parallel engraved lines in a bright copper finish. Most of Sorensen’s vases did not have a foot, and the addition of the small foot—also enhanced with a bright copper edging—adds special appeal. Sorensen is known to have worked in Philadelphia in the first part of the 20th century, making bronze wares in the Arts & Crafts tradition...

Six assorted sterling demitasse spoons including a decorative Gorham spoon with a cherub(see photo #4 and bottom spoon in photo #2), c. 1870-1920. They are each marked "STERLING" and "GORHAM mark, TOWLE FONTANA, 1891 C.L. RUTH & SON, hallmarks". They range in length from 3 7/8" to 4 1/4". Each has a different design, two with cherubs(Gorham and another), floral, two border, and one with initials. Excellent condition...

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Germany by the Franziska Hirsch Dresden studio around 1900. The saucer has a diameter of 4 3/16 inches and the cup is 2 inches high. The set is hand painted in fine detail. There are scenes of lovers in landscapes surrounded by garlands of colorful flowers. The rims are trimmed with delicate gilding. Condition: The rim of the cup has slight fading to the gilding mentioned for accuracy. It is hardly noticeable.

This 11" blue & white stoneware washstand pitcher has a chip on the bottom rim very visible in my picture. Perfect otherwise. Circa 1870.
