Art Noveau red cameo glass stick vase by French designer Emile Galle. The color is an unusual off white with a red overlay. It is a wonderful feeling hold and study a vase made by such a great and innovative designer. In excellent antique condition, it measures 5.5 inches high and approximately 4" in diameter at widest.

The blossoms are worked in shades of cream, yellow, rose and violet, while the foliage is stained a reddish-purple and highlighted with a complex, lacy pattern of gilding. This set of 10 porcelain plates was produced in Germany by the Royal Berlin Porcelain Manufacturer, or KPM, in 1905. The date marking indicates this year. The plates are 8 5/8 inches in diameter. They have scalloped rims and finely reticulate borders. The centers are expertly hand painted with luscious, ripe fruits and flowers. An English silver plate set of six pastry forks and server in the box from the 1910 era. This lovely set consists of six 5-1/8" pastry forks, the 5-3/4" two-tine pastry server and the fitted velvet and silk lined fitted box. The box is wrapped with a mottled brown leather-style cover and it has a pushbutton release. The utensils are stamped J.E&S S EP (for Joseph Elliot & Sons (Sheffield, England c1878-c1972) and this set would make a great gift...

This is a beautiful, French cameo glass vase, made by DeVez, a contemporary of Daum Freres of Nancy, France. The banjo vase is 6 1/4 inches (16 cm) tall. The vase is in excellent condition (there is a fabrication flaw on the top rim of the vase, typical of hand-made items - see last picture). Polished pontil.

An Art Nouveau porcelain table centrepiece relief moulded with stylized lily decoration and pre-Raphaelite style figures of a youth and a maiden. This item was designed by Ernst Wahuss and produced by Amphora (Austria) circa 1890 - 1910. Condition: excellent - no losses or damages and no repairs or restoration. 33cm (13 inches) long; 17cm (6.7 inches) high.

Offered is this large cameo glass vase made by Val St Lambert in the early part of the 20th century. The vase is cameo-cut and then enameled in gold with the spider mum decor. The vase has two clear applied handles. The vase is 10 inches (25 cm) wide (handle-tip to handle-tip) and 5 1/2 inches (14 cm) tall. Except for a small chip on the bottom rim (see last picture), the vase is in very good condition (there is the expected, age-appropriate fading to the gold enameling)...

This set of 6 porcelain demitasse cups and saucers was produced in France by Haviland Limoges around 1910. The saucers are 4 3/8 inches in diameter. The cups are 2 inches tall with a diameter of 2 1/8 inches. Notice the graceful shape of the handle. The decoration is high quality. Borders of raised gilded rosettes encircle each piece. The cup has exquisitely delicate gilding just inside the rim of the cup. Even the foot rings of the cups and saucers are heavily gilded...

Offered is this rare, Stevens & Williams 'Osiris' glass vase, designed by John Northwood I (when he was at S & W) and made around 1887 - 'Osiris', 'Silveria' and 'cameo' are the most desirable of S & W glass products. Made on three-cased-layers, the vase is 13 inches (33 cm) tall and 6 1/4 inches (16 cm) wide at its widest - it is extremely rare to come across such a large 'Osiris' vase in the marketplace...

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Meissen around 1900. The saucer has a diameter of 4 ½” and the cup is 2” high with a diameter of 2 ¼”. The ground color is deep rose. There is a cartouche on the front of the cup containing beautifully hand painted flowers. They are done with fine detail and vivid colors...

This pair of crystal compotes was made in England by Stevens & Williams around 1900. They measure 6 inches tall and the openings have a diameter of 5 3/4 inches. They are hand blown from clear crystal that varies from thicker areas to very thin. This type of crystal is often referred to as “rock crystal.” It imitated the mineral stone used by the Chinese. The bowls are expertly hand engraved and polished with ribbons and wreaths. There is a feather-like pattern at the bottom of the bow...
