Cloisonné enamel charger or large dish with flowers and a flying bird against a mustard yellow ground, the back with a swirl pattern. Late Meiji or early Taisho, c 1900. Diameter "12/ 30.3 cm, height "1 ½ / 3.7 cm. Condition: a damage to the backside enameling (c f last photo). Interestingly, it shows the kind of marker used to indicate the design where the cloisonné metal straps were to be soldered onto the base. This porcelain dish was produced in France by Pouyat Limoges around 1900. It is 9 inches in diameter and 1 1/2 inches deep. The porcelain is molded into three separate sections with a handle in the center. The decoration is a factory transfer of geraniums and foliage. They flow around the dish in an art nouveau style. There is lacy gold trim and heavy gilding around the rim and on the handle. Condition: Excellent

Antique 18K and diamond-studded lover's knot ring with nice clear hallmarks for Chester, 1909. The knot motif is a Victorian symbol of love. It continued in popularity through WWI. Our knot ring has three old mine cut diamonds embedded securely within incised stars which are further placed in gold squares. The figural knot can be seen on the underside of the ring and is every bit as beautiful as the front. This ring is a size 6 3/4.

The dish measures 16 inches across the handles. it is 8 3/4 inches wide and 1 1/2 inches deep. The porcelain has scrolled, molded handles and scalloped edges. This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Meissen around 1900. The saucer has a diameter of 4 ½” and the cup is 2” high with a diameter of 2 ¼”. The ground color is deep rose. There is a cartouche on the front of the cup containing beautifully hand painted flowers. They are done with fine detail and vivid colors. A truly unusual vintage Art Nouveau period 7-1/4" x 4-5/8" porcelain dish with a high relief gilt woman smoking c1900. This unsigned dish has lots of gilding, and the woman is emitting a stream of smoke; there is a smoking cigarette to her right. It has a painted mark of 82 in red and it is probably German or Austrian. This item is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, damage or repairs other than some rubbing and losses to the gilding...
