A Wedgwood Creamware (Queensware) Reticulated Bowl or Basket with a Handpainted Floral and Butterfly Pattern. Wedgwood imprint and Date letters VOH for July 1879. Dimensions of bowl 9" long x 7" wide x 2.75" high. The condition is close to excellent.

An elegant sterling silver soup ladle in Whiting’s 1890 “Old King” pattern. The shell and acanthus leaf design elements of the handle appeared in many flatware variations since the Georgian era, and has become an established classic for its restrained elegance. Most likely French, 19th century. The image of an Englishman hunting with a hound was a common image on enamel boxes, especially snuff boxes of the eighteenth century. However, this box clearly dates to the late nineteenth century. The lug and ribbed banding on the metal hinge, as well as the completely hand painted nature of the lid identify this box as a nineteenth century creation.

French walnut oil jug from France. A large brown-glazed terracotta storage vessel with pouring spout. It is a rare piece and unusual to find one without handles. Chips to spout. Expected for age. Measures 10" diameter, 14" high

Excellent condition.

A Matched Set of Six Sterling Silver Georgian Dessert Spoons; Hallmarked in London, 1772, with the makers mark of WF, for William Fearn. The pattern is Old English with feather edges Dimensions 6.75", weight 7.3 T ounces. Bottom struck marks at narrow part of the stem, typical of the time, but somewhat indistinct. In excellent condition.

Extraordinary French bronze jewel box in the Louis XVI style. The lid has a bas-relief design illustrating a boating party preparing to pass below an aqueduct. A city rises in the distance, while the foreground is populated with very detailed trees and shrubs. The scene is draped in fabric, tied at the corners with ribbon and surmounted with a laurel wreath intertwined with a torch and staff, typical Louis XVI devices. The sides are decorated with beautifully detailed swags of roses...

A George III Regency Period Satinwood Inlaid Mahogany Tea Caddy. Sarcophagus Form with Brass Rings on the Side and Top; the Top Ring with a Brass Fruit Basket design. It Stands on Four Brass Bun Feet, with dimensions of 11.5" wide x 5.25" deep x 6.5" high. There are Two Lidded Inserts Over the Inside Tea Compartments and a Mixing Bowl that is not believed to be original. Circa 1815, with Some Minor Inlay Missing (see pictures), otherwise in excellent condition.

A Handpainted Porcelain Plaque of a Fisherman; probably French (Limoges). The plaque is 14" round and it is a 22" frame. Late 19th century. Excellent condition.

A cranberry Moser cup and saucer enameled with gold vines, multicolored grape leaves and applied bunches of grapes. The quatrefoil cup sits nicely in the matching saucer. The cup is 2 ½ inches tall and the saucer is 5 inches in diameter. Neither piece is marked and are in great condition other than wear to the gold highlights.

A wonderful Staffordshire pottery cow creamer standing on a oval base. The cow is decorated with rust spots on the white background and the horns are gilt. The oval base is decorated as a grassy outcropping. Cow creamers were very popular in the early 19th century and were produced by a number of potters in Staffodshire, Wales and southern Scotland. This example is from the Staffordshire region.

Origin: England, ca. 1850. Condition: excellent, no damage. Size: 6-3/8" x 3" x 4-3/4".

Continental Silver Tobacco Box, 18th century-style, crafted most likely end of 19th century, bearing unidentified marks, oval, the hinged cover with repousse scene of a shepherd and shepherdess beneath a tree, the base with bands of beading and laurel, lg. 4 3/8 in., approx. 4.8 troy oz. Condition Report; Likely a married piece, the cover of a lower purity silver than the base. Hinge applied crudely.
