All in the bleu céleste colour en vogue in France in the 19th century and all with the same “bubbly” texture. The glasses with polished pontil marks. Height of bowl "3¼/8,5 cm, diameter "4½/ 11 cm, height of glasses "3¼/ 8,5 cm. Condition: fine.

A German 1820's cabinet cup and saucer with burnished and matte gilt decoration of Karl Friedrich Schinkel’s new theater building in Berlin, inaugurated in 1821 and nowadays concert hall. Inscribed “Das neue Schauspielhaus in Berlin”. Height "4½/ 11 cm. Condition: rubbing to the gilt on the saucer and inside the cup (cf. pics.).

Three Yixing or Zi Sha tea bowls, the interior and the base glazed in turquoise, the exterior with four characters in white glaze. One a little greener than the others, and marked “Import”. China, c 1900. Condition: fine, except for a glaze loss near the border of one bowl, caused in fabrication (cf. pics). Height: "2/ 4,8 - 5 cm and diameter "2 ½ - 2 ¾ / 6,5 - 7 cm.

A rare flesh pink glazed earthenware Art Nouveau style vase painted with Narcissus flowers in green, white and yellow enamels. This item was made, circa 1895, by the Riessner Stellmacher and Kessler "Amphora" factory in the Bohemian village of Trnovany. This pair of covered vases or ginger jars was produced in France by E. Claus in the late 19th century. They measure 5 inches high, including the lids and are approximately 3 1/2 inches in diameter. The fine hard paste porcelain is expertly hand painted with vibrant sprays of flowers. There are tiny sprigs and buds dotting the surface. The decoration has some similarity to work done by Dresden and Meissen. The lids and bottom of the vases are trimmed with gold...

A pair of tall beautiful Bohemian art glass vases decorated (most probably by acid etching) with pastoral scenes. Each vase is 13 3/4 inches (35 cm) tall and 5 3/4 inches (14,5 cm) wide at the widest. Overall, the vases are in good condition (there are some flea-bites on rims and a tiny flea-bite on the body of one vase). Unsigned - attributed to Beyermann of Haida based on decor and shape.

Well crafted Burmese repousse silver dish, the dish engraved and worked in repousse featuring immortals encircling the cavetto around a peacock chiseled to the center, from late 19th century period. Size; Diameter of dish is appx. 7 1/4 inches with no condition concerns.

A marked Meissen match safe from the late 19th century for those matches that were struck on any rough surface. The rough surface is on the inside of the top. The box is a rectangle with cut corners and curved sides. The outside of the top is stepped with blue bands marking each step to the flat top, the sides of the lower portion curve inward to a low foot. The crossed swords on the bottom in underglaze blue are typical late 19th century...

A superb and beautiful Worcester porcelain Scratch Cross period (incised line on the underside of the base) sauce boat moulded with rococo panels and cartouches formed of scrolling motifs. Both sides have a Long Eliza figure in a landscape beside a pine tree, while the interior has precious objects and flower sprays.

Offered is this beautiful, iridescent Bohemian glass bowl, made most likely by Rindskopf, a contemporary of Loetz, around 1900. The bowl is decorated with oil-spot, vibrant, iridescent colors. It is 11 1/4 inches (28,5 cm) wide, and 4 3/4 inches (12 cm) high. It is in good condition, without chips, cracks or repairs. The bowl's body has four dimples and a ruffled rim. Pontil bottom.

Offered is this rare antique bronze (painted black) clock, made by famous French clock-maker, Vincentie & Cie, around 1855. The clock is 26 inches (66 cm) tall (to the top of the hand-held shaft), 11 inches (28 cm) wide and 8 inches (20 cm) deep. The statue itself is 13 inches (33 cm) high. There is no key or pendulum. Overall, the clock is in good condition - the four screw-holders at the bottom are missing and there is a small part missing (see 5th picture)...

Rare 18th century New England sampler from Hillsborough, New Hampshire. Circa 1784. Size: 10.5 inches x 8.25 inches. An early needlework sampler made by Rhoda Symonds at age 16. Rhoda Symonds was born in Essex, Massachusetts in 1768 and moved with her family to Hillsborough, New Hampshire in either 1772 or 1773. The sampler indicates that she was aged 16 when she created it, suggesting a date in 1784...
