An antique traditional women's folk costume headdress from Bavaria. Made of black silk and embellished with velvet and jet beads. The top of the bonnet decorated with glass beads, sequins, silk and metal threads, and eight attached damask silk ribbons. Checkered cotton lining. Condition: traces of usage and wear, few missing beads and ribbons with few tiny tears and holes, little dusty. Dimension approx.: bonnet c. 14.5 x 16 x 9 cm, length of ribbons: up to c. 79 cm.

Sweet Victorian 5 stone diamond ring, hallmarked Birmingham for the year 1864 and crafted of 18K gold, has 2 "S" shaped scrolls ending in a final flourish on both sides of the band. The slim profile of the ring makes it ideal for stacking. The ring is open backed allowing the light through and enhancing the reflection of the cushion cut diamonds. This set of 12 porcelain luncheon plates was produced in England by Cauldon in the late 19th century. They were made especially for Tiffany in New York. The plates measure 8 3/4 inches in diameter and 3/4 of an inch deep. The rim of the plate is thicker and raised in order to accentuate the decoration. The Centers of the plates are slightly indented. There are cobalt blue oval indentations outlined with beaded gold alternating with tiny hand painted roses and forget-me-nots on the rims...
