A Victorian Majolica Plate Featuring an Early Bicycler Dressed in Red Trousers and a Blue Shirt with an Elaborate Color Border; circa 1890-1900. No mark on the back. Dimensions; 7 3/4" in diameter and 1" high. There is a slight hairline on the underside (see picture), otherwise in very good condition.

A beautiful and unusual cordial drinking glass, with a round funnel bowl, the lower half of which is fluted. The stem is of the double series opaque twist type, and is comprised of a 17-ply spiral band outside of a lace twist. What makes this a truly special glass is the domed helmet foot, and the overall proportions.

The glass is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, or restoration...

This extremely large 18th century Dutch glass goblet, which was made for the German market, has incredibly detailed engraving of a galleon ship and buildings, with the saying Het Well Vaaren Van Ons Vaaderland, which translates as Success to Our Homeland. The large bell bowl sits atop a 4 knopped stem which has, in sequence from the top, a flattened knop, an inverted baluster knop, an annular knop, and a half knop. A trapped tear extends the entire length of the stem...

A 'mirror' pair of antique 19th Century pottery greyhounds (each holding a hare) made in Staffordshire circa 1860 - 1870. Condition: excellent. 19cm (7.5 inches) high; 20cm (8 inches) long.

An antique wine glass of lead composition. This drinking glass has a drawn trumpet bowl and a stem with a trapped tear. The bowl has diamond point engraving with the names Harlord Wright and Frances Chat, followed by the Latin saying flammae felices quas mutuus exitat ardor. Loosely translated, this means How fortunate are those for whom the flames of love burn without change, a charming sentiment for what is a marriage or anniversary glass. A nice heavy glass of good color...

A Pair of Doulton Lambeth Candlesticks. The base is incised with the Doulton Lambeth Silicon mark. They are Clay colored with Applied Decoration in Cream and Light Blue. The height is 6.25" and they date from c. 1895. They are in excellent condition.

A superb example of a triple knopped double series opaque twist(DSOT)antique wine glass. The bell bowl sits above a stem with a 3-ply spiral around a central gauze, and shoulder, medial, and basal knops. 6 1/8" tall, 2 3/8" bowl diameter, 2 7/8" foot diameter.

Unlike many multi-knopped opaque twists, which are poorly fashioned and on the spindly side, this glass is elegantly executed and proportioned.

This is a stunning Victorian ladies’ sterling silver evening purse, by R. Blackinton & Co., ca. 1880, the exterior, monogrammed "FEJ" and decorated all over with beautiful scrolling flowers even has a compartment with a marked sterling pencil; the gold-washed interior with hinged mirror has 4 compartments including one with a currency clip and ivory writing tablet; makers mark and Sterling mark...

A Nut Dish With Handle, in Sterling Silver. Made by Gorham for Udall & Ballou, a New York City Jeweler, in the early 1900's. It measures 4.5" long x 2.5" deep x 2.5" high to the handle.

A Small or Miniature Staffordshire Sheep Mounted on a Rectangular Base. Dimensions; 3" in length x 3.5" high. In excellent condition. Mid-late 19th century.

A Toddy or Punch Ladle in Sterling Silver by Gorham in the rare Louis XIV pattern, for Theodore B. Starr and Herman Marcus. It is in a bent ladle shape (may have been straight originally, but more likely it was based on designs in the George III period) and dates from about 1870, when the design was patented. It weighs 6.4 Troy ounces and measures 8" x 5", with a bowl of 4.5" x 3.5". Its unbent length would be 14.5". There is a monogram "N" on the underside of the handle...

Beautiful Loetz vase with gold and pale blue oil spots, sits in footed pewter base with art nouveau flowers going around it. Measures 7" tall x 5" wide and is in perfect condition.
