Nice porcelain footed mug with a transfer print entitled "Sands & Railway Station Ramsgate--A Present From Ramsgate". The scene shows the railway station in the background with bathers in the foreground. Queen Victoria lived in Ramsgate for a time before ascending the throne. After the railway came to the shore, Ramsgate became a very popular tourist destination. The rim is decorated with a gilt band.

A beautiful three-piece cameo glass set, made by Bohemian master, Moser, around 1920. The vases are signed with the Moser insignia and also with a conjoined 'MK' (for Moser Karlsbad). The vases are in good condition. There is a fabrication flaw (see last picture)

A superb and early Dr. Wall Worcester sauce boat, of cos lettuce leaf form. This uncommon example is leaf molded, has a looped stem handle, and is decorated inside and out with scattered flower sprigs and insects, finished with raised fruit near the handle juncture. A similar example is shown in S. Spero and J. Sandon, "Worcester Porcelain 1751-1790, The Zorensky Collection", 1996, p. 120, no. 88...

A Fine Pair of Italian Faience Bowls by Ulisse Cantagalli with the Cockerel or Rooster Mark of 1878-1901. Dimensions; 9.5" in diameter 4" high. Some minor wear, but in very fine condition.

A classic Baccarat cut crystal perfume bottle in a cranberry-cut-to-clear cane pattern. While several American and European companies cut this pattern, the stopper of this bottle is a known Baccarat design. It appeared in a Baccarat pattern book under the name “Stella.” The stopper has a blown teardrop in the interior and is accented with a star pattern at the top. Baccarat products were marked only with a paper label until logo until around 1930.

We love this pale pink coral carving of a classical maiden with the depiction of a maenad (maenads were female followers of the God Bacchus, Roman mythological god of wine) carved in 14K along the ring's shoulder and on the coral head of the ring. The gold shoulder carvings add to the allure. Coral has the hardness of agate but can be carved to a level of fine detail and precision...

It is unusual to find such a striking multi-colored basket of such size and in such wonderful condition. The splint basket, with its wooden handle, is from the Northeast area of the United States, and is done in shades of blue-green, orange-red, and brown.

The basket is 18" long, 12" wide, and 14 " to the top of the handle. Overall condition is excellent, with only one splint split on the interior, not visible from the outside.

This ceramic tile was produced in the United States in the 1880s or 1890s. It is unmarked but it may have been produced at the Trent Tile Company of Trenton, New Jersey. It measures 18 inches long and is 6 1/2 inches wide. The tile is decorated in high relief with a classic Greek maiden. It is light green in color with a high gloss glaze. The figural rendering is fine, exemplifying expert artistic ability. Tiles of this size are uncommon and the subject matter is quite desirable...

Handmade of colonial silver, this "mate" cup is of Uruguayan origin from the 1850-1870 period.
"Mate" is a special cup for drinking "yerba mate" a popular tea brewed from the leaves of a native holly (Ilex Paraguariensis). The perforated silver straw used for drinking the "mate" contains leaves carving.

Lost wax cast bronze Christ. Probably original wooden cross. The fine quality sculpture is certainly the work of a good artist. It would be interesting and profitable to find out who it is. A Samuel Gilbody of Liverpool porcelain small mug or coffee can with a flattened round loop handle and a flat unglazed base. Painted in famille rose colors with stylized peonies and a prunus bough issuing from a jardiniere. There are sacred Chinese scrolls and a larger peony spray to the right. The interior of the rim has a diaper border with prunus blossoms.

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Helena Wolfsohn Dresden in the 1880s. The shape of the set is quatrefoil. It is decorated with alternating panels of flowers and landscape scenes with lovers in gardens. Ornate gilding trims the rims and separates the panels. This cloth doll has very dear oil painted face with great soft blue eyes. She has leather hands that could be original by the way they are put on. An extremely rare Chaffers porcelain hexagonal beaker, painted in pale and dark tones of blue. The sides depict a scene of a seated lady holding a bunch of flowers, a rock out of which grow similar flowers, a child jumping into the air, and two bare trees on a hill. The interior has a lattice and root border, while the underneath of the beaker has 4 pseudo Chinese characters. Retains the label of Rod Jellicoe, a highly esteemed London ceramics dealer.
