Offered is a fabulous, early 1900s, veterinary doctor sign, advertising the practice of a Dr A. A. Bennet. This 18 inch x 11 inch brass sign is a wonderful advertisement piece. The black painted lettering has been cut into the brass sign to give a two dimensional effect.

Veterinary signs of any type are quite scarce! Wonderful patina!

Offered is a handsome, circa 1905-1910 era Spalding hickory shaft golf club. Features of this club include the following: (1) a manufacturers stamp on the shaft - "A.G. SPALDING BROS.- GOLD MEDAL" and (2) a rams horn insert on the bottom of the leading edge that is secured with 3 wooden pegs - indicating that this is an example of an early club.

The condition of this club is very good with an original leather grip and a straight hickory shaft with a nice original patina...

Huge walnut Victorian Polyphon music box, 19th century, triple comb, playing 24 1/2" discs. This rare find is just beautiful, with the original music box standing on its original base which holds the discs. The whole thing is just under eight feet tall. Just removed from my personal collection. This is the earliest pre-Elgin (National Watch Co.) I ever possessed in 45 years. Elgin produced 50 million watches by 1955. This absolutely wonderful pair of Victorian opera glasses are marked Lemaire Fabt, Paris. They were made in Paris, and date back to about 1880-90. They measure 4” wide and 3” tall when fully extended and were part of the extravagant Paris opera scene during the Victorian period. What a joy to be able to take them to the opera today. It comes with leather casing with red velvet lining. Condition is good with age wear to the leather. Shipping is FREE within the U.S.

Offered is an early 1900s, very striking, low profile, hickory shaft era, golf club, stamped "JIGGER" on the sole. A jigger in golf is a club in between a mashie and a mid iron essentially one with a low loft.

Offered are two, very nice, circa 1905-1910, smooth face, hickory shaft, golf clubs. Smooth face golf clubs fell out of fashion and perhaps function by the very early 1900s, but they were still offered in catalogues for a number of years beyond this date.

The 1st smooth face club is stamped on the back "Wm. GIBSON - KINGHORN SCOTLAND - CLEEK ...". It is a quite scarce, left handed model with a lambskin grip, straight hickory shaft, sporting a nice, aged patina...

Lovely Regina music box, circa 1890, #53653, mahogany with pencil inlay and mother of pearl. Both the music box and the case are in perfect working condition, has a double comb, and it comes with 32 15 1/2" discs. The actual size of the music box itself is 13" tall x 21" wide x l8 1/2" deep.

Measuring just 2 inches high, blown-in-mold, 19th century, clear glass bleeding or cupping glass is in excellent condition.

Extensively used in the 19th century and earlier, the cupping glass is a glass vessel from which the air has been exhausted by heat or suction creating a vacuum, and then applied to the skin to draw blood to the surface for therapeutic or curative purposes.

A Waltham hunter case GF size 6 pocket watch dated 1903. This very nice looking gold filled 1-5/8" pocket watch has a 1-1/4" movement. It was made in 1903 by the American Waltham Watch Company, it appears to be a size 6 Model 1890 (11 jewels) and the hunter case is attractively engraved. It has the same design on both sides and it has a script monogram on one side. The case is a Waltham Cashier 25 year hunter and the movement has the serial number 12285339...
